Miguel was an excellent...
Miguel was an excellent teacher! My friend and I both had prior baking skills, yet he gave us some helpful tips that we will definitely be using in the future. The pastel de natas were delicious and i love that I will be able to make them for my friends and family back home.

Great combination - Market and cooking class!
We thoroughly enjoyed our market/cooking class. Philipa was great, engaging and knowledgeable about Portuguese food! We did the class towards the end of our stay so my son had been enjoying fish all week and it was fun to see and learn more about what we had been eating. We got such great tips on handling/cooking fish and enjoyed the other recipes, too. (And the tasting options) I would highly recommend the class!

A fun and delicious experience!
This pastel de nata baking class was such a highlight of my time in Lisbon. The instructor was incredibly kind, funny, and made the class enjoyable from start to finish. The experience was hands-on, easy to follow, and full of laughs. Best of all, the pastéis de nata we made were absolutely delicious! I’d highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Lisbon who wants a fun, interactive, and tasty experience.

Wonderful Experience!
Stress-free, easy going and fun cooking class, Pedro our instructor was amazing, he taught how to cook traditional Portugese meals in a way we won’t forget, extremely knowledgable guy! Would recommend this for anyone new to Portugese food, also would recommend checking with the company to ensure which location you are at as there are two different locations, Viator gave us the address for the location we weren’t supposed to be at, it was no biggie though just be mindful!

Portugal’s capital boasts more than a dozen Michelin-rated restaurants, but wait, it gets better: Lisbon cooking classes will teach you how to make the city’s award-winning cuisine at home. There are classes for every speciality, whether you have a sweet tooth and want to learn the secrets behind the perfect pastel de nata, or you’re ready to tackle a traditional multi-course meal and prepare petiscos and bacalhau à brás like a local. A few cooking lessons even start with a trip to a local market to buy the freshest ingredients. Some classes feature Portuguese wine pairings, and most include complimentary non-alcoholic beverages.
