I had an amazing Jeep tour in Madeira, and it exceeded all expectations! The landscape was absolutely breathtaking, with dramatic cliffs, lush forests, and stunning coastal views. Mauricio, our guide, made the experience even more memorable. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the island's history and nature but also had a great sense of humor, keeping the energy high throughout the tour. His passion for Madeira was evident, and he made sure we saw the best spots while giving us plenty of time to soak it all in. Highly recommend this tour and Mauricio as a guide!

Exceptional trip and very good for money!!!

I went on this trip solo and this trip was so accommodating. The drivers (on both of the days) were a fountain of knowledge - they knew the ins and outs of the island. The time at each stop was reasonable and the timing for lunch was long enough. There was plenty of time to capture pictures, ask questions and enjoy each location. I would 100% recommend this excursion with your trip to Madeira to make it an awesome holiday :) - Craig

Highly recommend this tour!

What a great day with Silvio. Although the weather for our first stop was not ideal - cloudy, wet, windy and cold- the rest of the day more than made up for a bit of poor weather. This was one of the most fun activities that we have done. Silvio’s sense of humour was infectious and we had lots of fun with his insistence that he really had no licence!! The off roading was great!! Silvio’s knowledge of all the things growing on the island was amazing! The rum factory was a great stop as well. All the look-outs with the exception of the first did not disappoint. All in all a terrific day!

Great tour of East Madeira

Great all day tour of east Madeira with Lido tours and Nuno our mini bus driver, who was very informative and knowledgeable throughout. The highest peaks may be a bit too much for those that don’t like heights but the views are wonderful. Most stops are 20-30 minutes with an hour and a half in Santana for lunch and time to explore. We would highly recommend.

Toboggan and Skywalk in Maderia

Originally we were supposed to go on the Cable car and the Toboggan, but the cable car was closed for maintenance. Our guide took us on the Toboggan, then the Botanical gardens, then the Skywalk and finished the trip with a visit to a fishing village. We were extremely happy with th whole experience, it gave us a chance to see what a beautiful island Maderia is.

Joao is a wonderful very knowledgeable and smooth driver. The tour was fantastic. The time schedule was perfect. I enjoyed all the stops. Special mention for Ponta do Sol, Fanal forest, Porto Moniz and the poncha at Sao Vicente. I highly recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed the tour. Our guide was a local who told us some very interesting facts about the island, it's culture and of course food. We ate a lovely variety of things that were in the guidebooks as 'must try' and felt like we were getting them in proper local places and not just tourist traps. Would highly recommend!
