Ronaldo our driver and guide was equal parts charming, funny, knowledgeable and passionate. He clearly loves what he does and that shows in how he talks about the history of the island. I loved how he gently quizzed us on what he had told you already and involved everyone in the jeep. Things to remember, Embrace and Enjoy; be part of the tour. Take some cash with you as the first stop is cash only. Be prepared to take a load of pictures. And finaly if he asks you funny roads or normal the answer is always funny

We felt like VIPs

The yacht was a good size and with only 17 people you have space to move about anywhere. It really felt like a luxurious cruise, drink flowing and canapé type of food, it was better than we expected. We saw plenty of dolphins and had a swim, sadly no whales, but nothing is guaranteed. It was a really great afternoon. We all felt it ended too soon and wish we had done a full day.

The only way to see Maderia.

The only way to see the island, a small independent company operated by two great local guys. Fábio an absolute gentleman took care of us on this superb adventure across Madeira. The sites, the hills, the views the adventure off road was just superb. A full day trip that was just a pleasure. Every stop is around 20 minutes from each so it feels easy and the shortcuts the 4X4 takes themselves are entertainment.

A great service. Luis was a class guide. Very knowledgeable and fun. I would say ask luis plenty. He likes to engage and tell you about the Island , its mountains and its history. Very informative guy. If you just want the sunset there is no trekking or even walking involved... the stairway to heaven is worth the walk. There isnt much hiking in it at all. I would recommend this. Thanks Luis.

Great tourer

À really excellent tourer spread over 2 days you see most of the island our guide was Lionel who’s knowledge was amazing our 1st day was all in English on the 2nd day Lionel also spoke in Spanish and Portuguese. Lionel was also the driver on the 2nd day the vehicle was a little cramped but the vehicle on the 1st day was a large coach how the driver managed on some of the roads was incredible

Perfect from start to finish! Friendly & helpful guide, safe driver and bonus of a short stop in Santana on the way back. I had previously attempted this hike solo and panicked after experiencing vertigo so rebooked with a guide for peace of mind. He was very kind and reassuring and I was able to complete the entire hike this time with my husband. Highly recommend this well organised tour- the views are breathtaking!

Taking a boat trip along...

Taking a boat trip along the Madeira coastline was easily one of the highlights of our trip. We departed from the Funchal Marina on a beautiful, spacious catamaran. The booking process was super smooth, and the crew gave us a brief safety talk before we set off into the open ocean.

Saw all the sites of the...

Saw all the sites of the North and West side of the island. Favorite part was lunch and the “off road” experience at the end. There was no way I could’ve driven the narrow streets of all the towns and our guide did great although it was an adventure in itself.
