Overall, I would recommend this tour, and our guide was terrific, informative, and kept us all together. The views and vista's were spectacular. EBike worked great and made it easy to pedal in the hard areas with steep inclines.
I do want to give a "word of warning", which would apply to all bike tours, not just this one. You will be biking through some very crowded areas, over some cobblestone streets, need to navigate so you do not ride on the trolly tracks, and avoid lots of people and traffic along the way. My wife did not realize this ahead of time, though our guide did share his thoughts prior to the start...and she opted out of the experience. I was personally ok with everything, but a nervous bike rider may want really think about doing any bike tour in the city. But this exact provider was terrific and if you want to do this kind of tour, I heartily recommend them.

What a great way to see and cover the city. Could not have done it without the e-bikes!!
Be aware it’s a little bumpy with soo many cobblestone streets. My husband and I really enjoyed it!! Our guide was very knowledgeable.

Lisbon is an extremely hilly city and there is no better way to see all the view points than with the E-Bikes. Hugo was a great tour guide and was super knowledgeable about the entire city. All the view points were great. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Me and my son took this tour to see the city from the hilly viewpoints and it was brilliant. Hugo our guide was friendly funny and the perfect guide with so much knowledge! Also a small group of 7. Minimal fitness required as the e-bikes make light work of the hills but bike handling experience/ confidence is a must as you are in the traffic. That being said not once did it feel unsafe. I would do another bike tour with this company next time 100%.

Hugo our guide was super informative and very laid back and fun.
The tour allowed us to visit places we may not have by foot and gave us a real appreciation of the city. It’s about 14k of cycling but very do-able with the e-bike assistance. Deffo recommend.

As mentioned in our tour description and safety briefing, this experience is best suited for individuals with moderate cycling experience. Lisbon's historic neighbourhoods, like the castle area, feature narrow, cobblestone streets with both pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
Regarding the incident where a participant briefly separated from the group, such occurrences are rare. In this case, the individual was quickly located with the assistance of her friends.
Safety is our top priority, and we have conducted numerous tours without any injuries. While we understand that navigating through crowds can be daunting, we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

You don’t need to be fit to thoroughly enjoy this tour, the electric bike meant we could focus on the journey and the scenery more than the hills. Our guide was amazing, he made us feel safe on the roads and told us all about the places we visited. Lisbon is a beautiful city when you explore it like this. We would recommend this to anyone

Note: Every day, as you have surely seen, we have several bicycles circulating, so despite the fact that we are always renewing the fleet, inspecting and maintaining the bicycles, unfortunately small problems can happen.
So we have our guides trained to solve these situations and replace bikes.

Excellent tour guide and stories. Equipment worked well for us. I question some of the streets we travelled on, especially through Little Dehli. We had a local try to shake us down for made up damage to his car.

As for people who are not good at cycling, this is a problem that we have and that is difficult to solve.
To minimize this problem and to make it easier for the guides to manage these situations, we now only do this tour with small groups.
In addition, at the beginning of each tour we warn everyone about this situation, but sometimes it is not enough.
In group bike tours, this is a situation that unfortunately sometimes happens and as you will understand, the main concern of our guides is to keep everyone comfortable, which is why the tour sometimes has to be done at a slower pace.

Great bike trip in the rain, with slippery cobblestone and one hill under construction. We learned a lot and enjoyed the stops. Traffic was insane and very difficult to maneuver around all of the people in cars, but we did it!
