We had a great time on the boat! Staff were friendly, music was lively, and the vibes were fun. Our fellow passengers included a bachelorette party, a mother-daughter trip, and both older and younger couples, all of whom seemed to be enjoying themselves. It was lovely to cruise around at sunset. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing night on the water. Music and atmosphere was great and everyone had lots of fun. Would have loved a little more information about what we were seeing (as we just went by things and didn’t really get any info) but still great fun and an amazing way to see the city from another perspective

This catamaran sunset tour provided a wonderfully relaxing evening on the water. The timing of the cruise was perfect, allowing us to take in the full transition of the sunset with completely uninterrupted views from the deck. While we did not have much interaction with the staff, we actually appreciated that the crew left us alone to simply unwind and enjoy the experience. This tour is ideal if you are looking for a quiet, self-guided evening rather than a highly hosted or interactive excursion.

Kids loved the trip, and the inside area of the ship is quite cozy. However, the outside deck is a huge net that is uncomfortable for both sitting and lying down. If they put more cushions it woulbe be much better.
The trip also gets very windy, so be sure to bring jackets.
Additionally, I would have expected some interactions or explanations regarding the sights we were seeing. But there weren't. It's quite disappointing.
Before the trip, I did not receive any contact or information to help me feel supported in reaching the assembly point, and I ultimately found it by asking a neighboring store.
Overall, I find this trip has some room for improvement, though the idea and the ambiance of a sunset cruise are great.

We were actually surprised by your comment about the net deck, as this is the first time we've received this kind of feedback, but we will certainly take it into consideration. It can indeed get breezy on board, so we always have blankets available on request from the crew, just ask them! We're also sorry you didn't get help finding the meeting point beforehand: the location is clearly marked on our website, Google Maps and Waze, and the exact pin is always sent through the booking platform, but you can also reach us by WhatsApp on the day if needed. And while it's not a guided tour, our crew is always happy to chat about Lisbon's sights if you ask them. We really appreciate your feedback and hope you'll give us another chance on board!
The staff were friendly but unobtrusive, allowing us to enjoy the tour without pressuring us to order drinks or trying to create a party atmosphere.

Good boat ride. Glad we booked a Cataraman as it was nice to sit outside above the water. Bear in mind it gets very chilly so you need a warm jumper! Drinks were good, staff were nice and great views. We even got to see dolphins!

An excellent tour; if you want a relaxing afternoon and a smooth boat ride, this is the best option. I loved the giant cushions designed for two people, the welcome drinks were good, the music was great, and the views were the best—my wife and I absolutely loved it.

As we sat at a restaurant and saw other boats being loaded, the workers were helping customers go from the dock to the boat. We did not get that. The crew also couldn't manage the line. They came to collect tickets and asked for one straight line 10mins before boarding but we had been gathering for a half hr before. People got on first who had arrived after others. Music was playing on board but if you on the bow you barely heard it. The needed speakers there. All in all, it was nice seeing the sunset. Drinks were watered down. I had a good time because of who I was with. This is not for anyone under 40yrs old.

In all the reviews, everyone mentions how cold they can get on the boat. Do not ignore that warning as it was 90° when we got to the pier and the temperature dropped fast. I did bring a warm sweater so I really enjoyed the trip. the music was good and the crew very nice. It was just the right amount of time to be on the river waiting for the sunset and to see the beautiful statues and buildings along the way.

This was by far our group's favorite activity our whole trip. The boat was very relaxing and the staff were amazing! It did get a little chilly at the very end so I would recommend bringing a sweatshirt. If you want the best seats on the boat, I recommend arriving early and getting a spot at the beginning of the line. We felt finding the dock was very easy with the directions given to us. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking to do it!

the directions took us to the hippo trip ticket office but we soon found people congregating nearby where it said boat trips.
the evening then went smoothly & was enjoyed by all of us.

This is a lovely, relaxed trip. There was a good seating area with tables and chairs and large netted seating area with bean bags for the full catamaran experience. The view of the bridge and the Christ the King tower was great, especially when it was all lit up. Good selection of drinks and friendly staff on board.

The boat departed on time and was not overly crowded. There was no greeting or welcome and no narration at all. The staff did not interact with the guests except to take drink orders at the bar. The music was fine and the drink ticket allowed you to get your choice of beer, wine or cocktail. The ride was smooth and passed by all the major landmarks on the river. It was advertised as 1hr 45m, but we were back at the dock in 1hr 30m.

They overbook the boat so it’s not comfortable. They described it as a relaxing sunset cruise but it’s hard to relax when you’re shoulder to shoulder.

Perfect cruise to watch sunset. Departure at 730pm for 1.5hrs was perfect timing in May. Try to sit on the net. Bring your own blanket if the weather is cold.

Location is easy to reach by uber. There were two boats to bring everybody on board. The boat sails smoothly, cuts through waves. Price of drinks after the one included welcome one, was reasonable. It does get freezing cold after sunset so come prepared.
