The meeting location is described as "near Cafe in and Sud Lisboa". We were waiting close to Cafe in and didn't receive any communication from the operator. We called the tour operator at the number provided on the ticket but there was no answer.After a few minutes the bike rode by as we waved to get their attention. The operator didn't stop to inquire. Upon the bike's return, the operator berated us for not chasing them and forcing them to stop. Our refund request was denied and an alternate trip time was not offered Be careful with this one. All of the other viator tour operators reached out to us before the tour and provided the tour operator's phone number. This one did not communicate the operator's phone number. Only the office number was on the ticket.

It a trap !! I booked at 6 PM And go to the place And didnt find anyone! They dont want to refund!! Pay attention please it was the worst experience at Lisbonne they wast our Time And money. I will comment on Google also!!

An experience not to be recommended. Upon arrival, the provider informs us that there is no reservation in our name. Unwilling to accept our viator ticket though dated the good day claiming a misunderstanding about the date. No solution offered and no refund made. It is inadmissible and to flee!

Una vergüenza. No pudimos hacer el tour porque la direccion que especifican en la web no es la correcta. Si copias y pegas la direccion en Google Maps te lleva a una ubicación diferente. Una de otra está a mas de 30minutos andando y ya no llegábamos. Hablamos con le guía que fue quien nos informo que no estábamos en el lugar correcto y fue un maleducado. Hemos puesto una reclamación para que nos devuelvan el dinero y nos la han rechazado. NO CONTRATAR NUNCA NADA CON VIATOR.

Muy muy mal. Acabaron casi 10 minutos antes y nos dijeron que íbamos con guía turístico español y no nos explicaron nada. Llegamos tarde porque nos mandaron mal la ubicación. Fatal la experiencia, no lo recomiendo a nadie.

Incroyable. Se balader en buvant de la bière (ou sangria pour ceux qui veulent), tout en pédalant (un peu de sport ahah), avec de la musique (mis par les participants) c'était top. Environ 1 heure, recommandée à 100% 😊
