Great class for first timers!

This was a great class for first time pasta makers! We made three types of pasta and ravioli! We made our own tiramisu dessert as well! Our instructor Claire was excellent. She went above and beyond helping us throughout the process and made sure we all felt comfortable. After we made our pasta, they cooked it for all of us and we all sat outside and ate. We met some friendly fellow tourists and had a great night. I highly recommend this class!

Great tour, Great food, Great guide

Had a great time on the food tour around Rome today. It was brilliant getting to try some really good local food and wine, and Tracey was fantastic throughout. She did a great job of making everyone feel welcome and kept the tour really personal and relaxed. You could tell she genuinely wanted everyone to have a great experience. Would definitely recommend doing the tour if you’re in Rome and I’d especially recommend doing it with Tracey!

Best tour ever!

Arthur was great! So knowledgeable. He made the event so fun, we didn’t want the night to end. He knew all the restaurant members and was so respectful along the way. He did a great job with the history aspect and really made this evening memorable. This is my 2nd twilight Rome food tour.

What a fun night! Ana our cooking instructor was fun and helpful. She taught us the basics of making pasta and ravioli. The wine flowed freely during the class. And we made new friends. There were a total of nine people in our small group and that was perfect.

Perfect in every way

This was fantastic! Our tour guide, Giordano, was great. Super friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything so well at the beginning. We had a small group size and it was great, we were all friends by the end of the night. The food stops were amazing. It really had a neighborhood feel to it. Giordano knew everyone and everyone knew him. Perfect wine pairings with every stop, plenty of time at each stop. The butcher shop/deli was absolutely the highlight of the night. the shop owner's grandson came out and gave samples and told stories. No one wanted to move on! we could've stayed there all night and been happy. Great way to spend our first evening in Rome.

Delicious, but wish we did earlier in trip

Marta was fabulous - she was our guide for the tour! We had a chance to experience a lot of great food - from trying beef tongue (don’t worry, you don’t have to pick that option), to 30 year aged balsamic vinegar (might me my favorite thing I’ve ever had), to delicious handmade pasta and delightful homemade ice cream. I think of doing our trip again, I’d have tried to do it earlier so I had some ideas of how I want to navigate all the food options in room

Daniel (I hope I spelled your name right!) was an AMAZING host. Very knowledgeable, energetic, funny, and a great guy! We had a marvelous time. The pizza was delicious, the suppli I could kill for someday, gelato fantastic, but my favorite food was the fried artichoke! Delicioso!! Thank you so much Daniel! The history was amazing as well. I admit I shed a couple tears in the Jewish district. Daniel is the greatest tour guide of all time. I know you want to live in Rome forever, but someday, may you also live in Power! Potenza Calico!!

Most memorable night of the trip

This experience far exceeded our expectations. It was a very personal experience as we were put in groups of 5-6 with all the wine we wanted, and samples of local cheese and sauces with no pressure to buy. Our table of 5 came in 3 pairs and a single, ages 79 to 27, but really felt like family by the end of the night. Can't recommend highly enough!!!!

Beginner-Friendly, Expert Flavor!

This cooking class was an absolute highlight! The chef was incredibly fantastic and entertaining, keeping everyone laughing and engaged the entire time. The directions were so clear and easy to follow that even a complete beginner could find success, and the final meal turned out absolutely spectacular.
