We had such a great time making pasta and tiramisu! The food was delicious (recipes to keep were sent the next day), and we actually learned a lot. My kids (8 and 11yo) had a blast and are excited to make homemade pasta in the future.

We loved everything about this class! There were only 8 people in the class and everyone got individual attention and help if needed through the process. The food was incredible! They even sent the recipes for what we made afterward.

Wonderful cooking class with great instruction. The pasta turned out great, and I loved that everyone had their individual tiramisu. Definitely a highlight of my trip!

Very inclusive of everyone,
Favorite part was to massage the flour while making the dough and eat at the end when he prepares the pasta with delicious sauces

This pasta and tiramisu cooking class was an excellent choice for us! It was hosted by IQook and is apparently run through the IQook hotel in Rome, near Termini. The class was small - we were told they have a limit of 12 per class. This makes it easy for the instructor to provide personal attention, which Danielo did. We made both fettuccine, which was served with a red sauce, and ravioli, which was served with a simple butter sauce. I have to say, that ravioli was my favorite and was by far the best pasta we ate during our 5 days in Rome!! Im craving it right now!! We also made some delicious tiramisu, which we ate for dessert. Our instructor was Danielo, and he was so good. He spoke great English, and had a couple of assistants there to help him with serving, cleaning up, etc. This experience was very well organized and the venue was extremely clean. I noticed when Dani cooked our pasta, he did each group separately so you knew you were eating your own pasta. For instance, he cooked mine and my husband's pasta together and served us, then went on to the next family/group. I really appreciated the time and care to do this, and he was able to do so because of it being a small group. Dani catered to every one of us during the class. There were two teenagers and two younger kids in our class, and I felt it was an excellent experience for them as well. Regarding drinks, we had prosecco, wine, and Lemoncello, which were all high quality beverages. The kids and those who did not drink were offered other options - they were not ignored! Overall, there was so much food, I could not eat it all, and we had a really fun time as well. I researched a lot of options for this tour, and I'm so glad I picked this one!! The value for the cost was very high. You will not regret doing this experience!

Making pasta and tiramisu was great fun and made a wonderful dinner. I especially appreciate that we received the recipes by email after the class. We made ravioli when we got home from Italy and it turned out great. My one disappointment was that all of the pasta was cooked together, not individually, so I don't know how my personal fettuccine and ravioli turned out.

Agnes was amazing we had so much fun! Not only was the cooking great but she gave a great history of Italy and its regions, traditions, cooking, and music. Ambience was great and an overall fantastic experience.

Me and my younger sister from Hong Kong joined this class together. It was a small class, 4 people total. Agnese is a great teacher, made us feel very comfortable making pasta with easy instructions. She is a very experienced chef and gave us tips on how to make things the best way! Had free flow Prosecco all the way 🥂She and our group had a nice chat after dinner. She is very passionate about her culture and will share a lot about Rome, including some interesting history too! 100% recommend

An absolutely wonderful experience! “Agnes” is a knowledgeable, patient and FUN instructor. The Prosecco, wine and limoncello, are nice compliments to the scrumptious pasta creations. The tiramisu was perfect. Who knew I could be such a chef?! A totally worthwhile way to enjoy an evening in Rome.

The class was in a designated room next to the IQ Hotel. It was set up perfectly and the instructor, Agnes, was fabulous! She made it easy and fun to learn and the food turned out great. I highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Rome. Absolutely wonderful way to spend a couple of hours after a day of sightseeing, and well worth the price paid.

First of all we had a private experience as we went in the off season and no one else had booked. It was exceptional. Agnese was so kind and encouraging even when I got shell in my pasta and was rolling it out uneven. The meal, was delicious, and we were so proud we had made the pasta ourselves. Plus, I now plan to buy a pasta attachment for my KitchenAid, as I learned I’m not very good at doing it by hand. It was one of our highlights for this vacation. Thank you so much!

We were both procrastinating with how we were going to spend our last remaining day in Rome as we had booked a late flight back home. We are so glad we booked onto this class. It was great value for money, the food surprisingly despite us making it was delicious. They cooked up your pasta that you made to enjoy with a glass of wine at the end of the class. Agnes was our teacher for the day, she was brilliant with our group and she went at a pace that everyone was happy with. Her class has inspired us to make fresh pasta and tiramisu at home. We would highly recommend this class to anyone.

Agnes was a wonderful teacher. We were fortunate to have a private class due to the cancellation of a tour group that was supposed to join us. She taught us about choosing the perfect ingredients and having everything fresh. She was so sweet and patient with us. Agnes made our last day in Rome really special!

I had a few hours in between transfers so booked this class last minute as it was walking distance from Roma Termini.
I was really surprised and happy with the whole experience! The class was in a restaurant of a hotel, was immaculate and had aircon which was great to escape the heat! We learnt how to make fettuccine, ravioli and tiramisu. I’d say the best pasta I ate in Italy! The guide, I think her name was Agnes was great, funny and really friendly and helpful. They also supplied lots of wine throughout, gave us a certificate and tote bag at the end. Overall really happy with this experience and happy to recommend to anyone visiting Rome!
