We had a great time, hotel pickup went smoothly and coordinated well. We sampled about 12 wines total from the region. Lunch was delicious with generous portions and the view was amazing. Our guide, Alex, was fantastic and fun, with great insights. Each stop was a fun experience!

A truly excellent experience. We visited some truly spectacular locations for wine, food and scenery. Both our guide Ziggy and driver Lorenzo treated our whole group like gold from start to finish. I cannot recommend this experience enough.

The best way to see Tuscany!!

This is an amazing and intimate way to experience Tuscany! Alex, our guide was phenomenal. Alex planned the perfect day and the only way I want to see Tuscany! He picked us up from our Airbnb in Rome, stopped at a local gas station along the way so we could grab snacks and coffee for the ride. Once we arrived to the winery/vineyard we were greeted by Manfreddie, who then gave us the winery tour and explained the wine making process. The winery is impeccable, down to the smallest detail. Simple yet elegant. The tour took us through the barrel rooms were the aromas were amazing. The tasting room had panoramic views of the vineyard, including ocean and island views. Gorgeous views while tasting wine. The tour also included lunch by a private chef. The food was amazing as our group ate outside on the patio overlooking the property. More wine was served with each course to compliment the meal. Once we finished and said our goodbyes to the winery staff, Alex took us to our next tasting. This included a tour and additional tasting in a private cave/cellar. After this tasting was over Alex had a final surprise for us. He drove us through the hills of Tuscany to a spot with the best views of the Tuscan valley, where we celebrated a beautiful day together with prosecco and limoncello. Alex is the best! He has a great personality and knowledgeable about the areas and made the trip fun! Definitely book this tour with Alex!!

The first winery, location with views, and the lunch was AMAZING. Alex provided a nice surprise at the end as well. We did not care for the second winery as much, but the first one more than made up for the second one. The second winery was beautiful but they were stingy with their pours. Lol. This wine tour was one of our best days out of our entire 3 weeks in Rome. Alex, our driver, was personable and fun.

If you enjoy wine and a chance to get out of Rome for a day, this may be the trip for you. See a couple beautiful towns and enjoy visiting a great winery. The pickup at our Airbnb was especially nice and convenient. We ordered wine to be shipped home.

Highly recommend - this was a great trip off the beaten track in Tuscany, to visit, amongst other things, privately run wineries with some of the most exceptional wines, as well as opportunities to explore towns that are lesser known hidden gems, offering a much more authentic experience of Italian culture. There was some real special moments on this trip!

This was such a great trip!!! My husband and I are extremely happy that we booked this- we originally booked a different Tuscany tour but due to the wonderful reviews, I changed our booking and I am so glad we did!! Ziggy is welcoming, knowledgeable, and took us into the most beautiful small towns in Tuscany. We are staying in Rome, where Ziggy and Alex picked us up directly at our hotel. If you are able to and thinking about booking this experience, you will not be disappointed- the views, the wine, the company- all fantastic!!!

This tour with Ziggy was fantastic! He picked us up directly from our hotel. Our first stop was a private winery in Tuscany, where we had a personal, in-depth tour and tasting. It was clear Ziggy had a great relationship with the winery. Afterward, we headed to a quiet local town that felt completely off the tourist path. Walking through the streets, it really felt like we were seeing Tuscany the way the locals do. We had lunch at a family-run restaurant with incredible food and a relaxed pace that let us truly enjoy it. Later in the afternoon, we visited another winery for a structured tasting that ended in a wine cave — a beautiful and memorable setting. Every part of the experience was thoughtful, unhurried, and well-balanced. We wrapped up the day with a stop in another scenic hilltop town before heading back. The group dynamic in the car was easy and natural. If you’re looking for a wine tour that goes beyond the standard and gives you a deeper glimpse of Tuscany, Ziggy is the one to go with. Highly recommend.
