This was absolutely one of our favorite tours in Rome!! Our tour guide Marta was very knowledgeable, friendly and took us to some fabulous places. We even went back to one just for wine and the atmosphere. Definitely recommend this tour and Marta!!! We loved her and the food.

Lots of good local food and the wine was continuously flowing. Tone was very fun and engaging while providing lots of local knowledge. We learned about the origin of many foods and places. We also had a great group of fellow travellers. I would highly recommend taking this tour especially at the beginning of your Rome trip.

I truly cannot say enough good things about our guide, Vincenzo. We were in Italy for 12 days and this tour was our favorite part! It felt like spending an afternoon with our longtime local Roman friend. Vincenzo was fun and entertaining, and he was so kind and accommodating of my family’s varied tastes and needs, as our group consisted of my parents, my 10 year old daughter, and myself. His passion for food, Roman history, and culture was infectious! The food was amazing and the wine was plentiful! Hands down our favorite part of our vacation, we can’t wait to visit again! We miss Vincenzo already!

The food for this tour was amazing! Tone did an amazing job of walking us around and explaining to us everything that we were eating. Come with an empty stomach because the food you will eat in this tour will definitely fill you up! Not only will it fill you up but it will make your mouth water and leave you wanting for more that’s how delicious the food was! And last but not least you finish with the best thing Gelato. Highly recommend this tour as well as recommend Tone for your guide!

We had the best time with Tone on our tour! We ended up being the only family booked for this time slot, so it was just the three of us. 4 lovely stops, lots of wine and great conversation. The food included at stop 1 was suppli, a famous Roman street food and trappazini, a famous Roman sandwich of sorts-- very fresh and delicious. Stop # 2 was at a wine bar where we had a charcuterie tasting with lots of truffle products, stop # 3 was fresh pasta and pizza (by that point we were so full, but pushed through) and stop #4 was delicious gelato. It was so nice to experience restaurants we may have never found on our own and see more of a neighborhood we had never been to. Our guide was lovely and such a pleasure to chat with for 4 hours! I would highly recommend this tour!

This is a great walking, eating and drinking tour. Our group was small and allowed for easy conversation. This, paired with nice wines (red and white) and food, made for a very pleasant experience. The wines provided were local and very delicious. The pours were generous and appreciated. We learned about cheese, hams, wines, truffles, meat filled sandwiches, pizza and gelato- all wrapped up in the beautiful bohemian style neighborhood of Tratevere. Shout out to our tour guide Toni who was charming, energetic and very knowledgeable about all things food and wine. She made it that more special. Thank you Toni.

What a fun experience! Fran was amazing and very informative about the different Italian foods and wine we were drinking. Fran was very happy and friendly and me and my wife had a fabulous time. Our guide Fran was amazing, very enthusiastic and fun. Only disappointing part was we stopped at a chain restaurant for one of the tastings and it’s a restaurant that we have in New York where I’m from.

Tone was amazing. Great food choices, we were lucky with a fun group as well. The wine was free flowing and we got our money worth. Would recommend to anyone, but only of you ask for Tone.

We stopped at four locations and I thought at the beginning I was gonna need to get dinner after. Boy was I wrong. And the free flowing wine is an understatement. Organic wines though. No headache despite most of us getting tipsy.
I traveled solo. That didn’t matter. We all got to chatting. 8 of us. And we had a wonderful time. Our guide was great, too!! Knowledgeable, funny and tried to keep pouring the wine!!
I’d suggest this tour to anyone who would like to get a true sense of various types of Italian food. Street eats, pasta, truffles. Included it all and ended with gelato!

Great experience, the food was great, Charlotte did a great job explaining the different foods in relation to Italian culture. We enjoyed the experience and would do it again. We were 4 people, 2 kids with us 14, 17. Total group size was 8 which was nice not too big.
