Smit was an amazing and excellent tour guide!!!! He was very passionate and knowledgeable about the cuisine. He made the experience personable and we met some wonderful people in our tour group. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is a foodie! All the food offerings were extremely tasty and I really enjoyed the information provided for each tasting experience. This was such a fun and unforgettable way to start our vacation.

Anna was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable & passionate about food & she taught us a ton. The food was delicious & plentyful. Trestavere is a lovely vibrant neighbourhood. It was a small group which was perfect.

Smit was my tour guide and he was hilarious ! He kept the tour so fun and it was a small group of us so it felt very intimate. I did this tour the first day I landed in Rome and it’s well worth it because it’s a good way to know the food of the city and take that info with you the rest of the trip. We ate good pasta , pizza , and gelato plus much more ! Every place we went had a sit down experience except for the gelato . But it was fun eating around the neighborhood like a local . Book this !!

We had an amazing experience on our walking tour. Our guide, Tracey, was exceptional and very knowledgeable. The walking is very manageable and the perfect pace between food stops to experience the Trastevere neighborhood. We tried numerous authentic Roman dishes while learning all about them, enhancing our experience. Bring an empty stomach for sure!

A fantastic experience with Sila! The tastings of meats/chees, pizza, suppli, pasta and gelato were plentiful and delicious! She was a great guide who gave us a bit of history as well.

Gianluca was a friendly, knowledgable and gregarious local guide. He asked the group to introduce themselves, which really helped to break the ice and got us all talking to each other. We went to 4 different places to eat, starting with cheese, pork bruschetta and wine. Then a range of pizza and mozzarella fried snacks (sorry!) and beer. 3rd was a local restaurant with tomato pasta and more wine, before finishining off with a delicious gelato. We saw all of the beautiful and atmospheric sights of Trestavere develop as the night got busier. A great trip and a wonderful experience. Dont eat before you go and get ready for a full and intetesting evening.

This was a wonderful way to experience Trastevere and all the little shops that offer superb cheeses, porchetta. Pizza, pasta and gelato. Most were small family owned businesses who care about quality vs mass production. Wonderful guide Ana who shared historical information and colorful commentary. A group of 6 decided not to take the tour so the remaining 6 of us had a personalized time!
