Matilda was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable about pizza making - from dough to final product. The pizza and tiramisu was delicious and the staff were fabulous. I would highly recommend this tour!

A wonderful experience from start to finish! The restaurant was super cute. They had everything set up for us and the best part was getting to eat our product! Literally the best pizza I've ever had. Would definitely recommend.

Viator is the reason for the 1 star

The people in this class were friendly and nice and did a great job. My issue and the reason for the one star is Viator. My original tour was cancelled the morning of, I worked with Viator to find a new class. They were difficult to deal with and put all of the work in me to register for the class even though they were the one that was being paid. The class that we finally signed up for was more expensive which was disappointing.

What an awesome Experience!!! The class was so well taught and entertaining!! From our instructor to our waiters to the cooks just so so hospitable!! Highly recommend this!!!

No AC and on top floor (sooo hot)...dripping sweat, instruction was mediocre, at best...people kept messing up what to do...because the instructor was inattentive and not great. The pizza was made with pre-made dough anyways, and a couple people were upset that they messed up and that point was not clarified. Instead of doing 3 groups in the kitchen as we were 3 groups...they split my husband and I up so we didn't really get to enjoy or eat together because the instructor wanted us finished quickly so she could leave. The instructor never offered to take pictures. It just wasn't fun and the food was maybe so-so. Tiramisu not good...pizza was just ok.

It was absolutely terrific! The food is amazing and feel we could actually make it once we return home. Everyone was extremely kind and the restaurant is lovely. We had an early 6:30am arrival and had time before our hotel room was ready and this was a great way to experience something special in Naples while pushing through jet lag too. Went with my two kids ages 18 & 21 and we all loved it

This experience was truly amazing! I learned a lot about how to make authentic pizza with even an emphasis on how to make it at home. It was eye opening to see how easy it is to make tiramasu, it tasted awesome as well. The pizza was fantastic, the best I’ve had in Italy so far. I would definitely take a friend to do this again on another trip! The chef/guide was very friendly and energetic. The restaurant was really close to other notable features of Naples and it was super fun and exciting to explore the area right after.

I liked the experience. It was fun. Wish it was unlimited wine or option to upgrade to it. Pizza was very good. Not a tiramisu person but it was fine for my friends that like tiramisu.

This was a fun way to spend a couple hours. The instructor was very detailed on techniques and how to overcome common problems with making the perfect dough. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to do this again.

The course is shared with other people, which makes the experience feel impersonal and overcrowded with tourists. Groups follow one after another, giving it more of a “tourist factory” atmosphere than an authentic experience. Unfortunately, the value for money was not there for us. The staff was very kind, and this is absolutely not a criticism of them, but rather of the overall experience itself — which is, of course, a personal opinion. We were a group of six, and none of us truly enjoyed the experience. The pizzas were good, but unfortunately the tiramisu was not.

This was a fun family activity in a working pizzeria. The instructor was informative and nice. You make an individual size portion of tiramisu and get to make dough while learning about the process. Since you don’t have the time to let the dough rise, you let that go and they give you a new dough to stretch and they cook your pizza in front of you. The staff was friendly and generous. It was a good hands on activity for everyone and a great way to meet fellow travelers. We were pleasantly surprised. If you have some free time and are looking for a fun activity we’d definitely recommend giving this a try.

My son and I took this class together! We had such a wonderful time. I think it was his highlight in Naples. Alessi was a great teacher! She was fun and energetic. I chose this place over the reviews of others saying they had a hard time hearing and the explanations. Alessi was great! The place was organized. The staff took well care of us.

We had so much fun. Alicia was the best teacher and now we know all the tricks! The pizza and tiramisu were delicious. Beware that there is a long flight of stairs inside the restaurant and you have to go up and down them twice.

Great atmosphere but rushed the pizza making process

Very nice and hospitable but they rushed the pizza making which was what my kids were most excited about. They didn’t get the actually stretch the pizza and learn how to stretch the dough. They also put on most of the ingredients which was a little disappointing. Otherwise, they were great. There might be a better option.

It’s great learning about 2 authentic Italian dishes (and Naples IS the birthplace of pizza). we had a great time and learned some valuable tips. Our instructor demonstrated the steps very well.

I had a private lesson in pizza making because nobody else signed up for this fun activity. I had such a great time learning about the right way to make pizza and actually making it and then eating it. In addition to the pizza I also had a delicious bruschetta and wine and dessert as part of this experience. I highly recommend it. 5 stars!

Highly recommend this pizza making experience. We had a group of 7 friends and there was also another 4 people attending. It was so much fun. After the class we sat down to eat their traditional pizza, dessert and wine. You won’t be disappointed. The instructor was great. We also bought the apron.
