What fun. Chef was a great teacher and provided information on why certain techniques were used. Highly recommend. Food was absolutely delicious and I hope when I return home, I duplicate what we made during the class!

We had so much fun. Alicia was the best teacher and now we know all the tricks! The pizza and tiramisu were delicious.
Beware that there is a long flight of stairs inside the restaurant and you have to go up and down them twice.

Very nice and hospitable but they rushed the pizza making which was what my kids were most excited about. They didn’t get the actually stretch the pizza and learn how to stretch the dough. They also put on most of the ingredients which was a little disappointing. Otherwise, they were great. There might be a better option.

It’s great learning about 2 authentic Italian dishes (and Naples IS the birthplace of pizza). we had a great time and learned some valuable tips. Our instructor demonstrated the steps very well.

I had a private lesson in pizza making because nobody else signed up for this fun activity. I had such a great time learning about the right way to make pizza and actually making it and then eating it. In addition to the pizza I also had a delicious bruschetta and wine and dessert as part of this experience. I highly recommend it. 5 stars!

Highly recommend this pizza making experience. We had a group of 7 friends and there was also another 4 people attending. It was so much fun. After the class we sat down to eat their traditional pizza, dessert and wine. You won’t be disappointed. The instructor was great. We also bought the apron.

We all really enjoyed learning to make Neapolitan pizza. Alessia was great. She was knowledgeable and fun. It was interesting to learn about the pizza making and seeing how quick it cooked in the oven.

The class is good but very fast and hard to process all the information in a short period of time. We would have liked a slower pace with more time for questions. However the pizza was delicious and we got printed instructions and recipes.

great! not sure how much we can apply at home, they make everything look so easy lol Since fermentation takes 24hrs, you don't eat your own dough. it takes so long to incorporate all the water in the dough, we didn't get it done as a class. might have been easier to see how it works with a mixer - so you could reproduce at home

This was a great experience, making the dough and learning about why you make it that way! Entertaining and GOOD! We grabbed a glass of wine with pizza and it was $4.50€. The sorbet is OUT OF THIS WORLD! It taste just like a mandarin orange.

You do not want to miss this experience if you are in Naples! This was by far one of my best experiences on my last cruise. The restaurant is walking distance from the cruise port. The guide Luigi was the funniest and most talented pizza maker. He is a great teacher and made you feel welcome and appreciated. They give you wine, bruschetta, dessert, and you get a very generous sized pizza which you make. It is the best tasting pizza I have ever had. This is a must do!!!!

Really invested in teaching the fine skill of making pizza, chef Luigi, is very patient and encouraging. He took us through all the steps of making the dough, firing it in the hot oven, and eating it. A fun must-try experience.

We were able to walk from our cruise ship to the pizzeria. Our teacher was friendly, patient, and informative. The pizza was good. A couple of things to note. First, the pizzeria does not have air conditioning (or at least it wasn't on) so it was very hot during the class. Hot enough that it was distracting at times from focusing on what was going on and the paramedics had to be called from someone in the other class. Second, they also have a pasta making class at the same time and on the same floor as the pizza making class so you are hearing both instructors.

This was an “excellent” class!! I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to learn how to make an original Napoli Pizza!! Emanuella was so sweet and a great instructor!! The bruschetta, and pizza were “delish”!! Beverages were included!!
