By far one of the best activities we did in Positano. We went with our family of 5. The host was very welcoming and the class was very fun and organized. The food we made was so delicious and the view from the class was fantastic! We had a great time and I highly recommend this cooking class. It’s a way better experience than doing a cooking class at a restaurant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with Emily, Gennaro and their Mum. Welcomed into their lovely home and treated like family. Emily shared her family and grandmother’s amazing history with us whilst providing lots of tips on how to create the perfect pasta. This resulted in a delicious lunch paired with wonderful wine and homemade limoncello. We also made tiramisu which is something I wouldn’t normally choose however this version was fabulous. Will be using the recipes provided to cook for family when we return home. Also the view from the family villa is magnificent. This is by far the best experience we’ve had on our holiday❤️.

This cooking class was such a special experience! Emily and her family were so welcoming, and you can tell it’s truly her passion to share her recipes and family history. It felt like being invited into someone’s home rather than just another class.
We made two types of pasta and tiramisu, and they also served the most fresh and delicious tomato and mozzarella appetizer. There was endless wine, prosecco, and lots of laughter — just such a good vibe the entire time. She took plenty of photos and videos and shared them all via whatsapp before we even left. Emily even arranged a shared cab to pick us up near our hotel which was so helpful since her home is a little ways from the main beach.
It was hands down one of our favorite experiences in Positano and absolutely worth every penny. 5/5, would recommend to anyone!

If you are looking for a fun, relaxing afternoon where you feel like you’re spending time with your family while learning how to cook like your grandma, then this is the class to choose. It was so special and intimate to spend time with Emily, Genny, and their loved ones in her great grandmas kitchen. You can feel how much love and great food was made there. The dishes we created were beyond words. Each bite was so delicious, and I’m so excited to recreate them at home. Emily was so sweet and a great teacher. Not to mention the stunning views from their balcony. Highly recommend!!

Emily and her family are the kindest, most welcoming people. The whole experience was incredible start to finish and was the best day we had in Positano! We didn’t want it to end! Highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in learning how to cook traditional Italian meals (or just looking to dance and have fun)!!

Emily and her wonderful family provided the most special and entertaining cooking class for my husband and I. Emily is a fantastic host who spoke perfect English, provided interesting historical facts, and helped us prepare a delicious Italian meal. We had so much fun, singing and dancing, all while enjoying an amazing view. It was a very special experience. I would highly recommend!

Amazing cooking class! We had a great time. Emily was funny and hospitable. They have a beautiful home in Montepertuso. We made the most delicious ravioli and it surely took a group effort from how big/long the dough got which made it fun. We also made tagliatelle and tiramisu. Everything was delicious. She gave us the recipes in a pdf and even gave us more than what we made. We had unlimited wine and got to try her family’s limoncello which was delicious. She is carrying on her family’s tradition and that is beautiful. I’d give this 10/10 highly recommend. She also helped plan our taxi up to Montepertuso from Positano with a few other couples which saved us a lot of money.

This was one of the best experiences we’ve had on our trip! Emily was amazing, and the best part was that the whole family was involved giving this a much more authentic feel! If you’re thinking about doing this….don’t hesitate! It’s completely worth it! We learned so much and had a lot of fun in the process! I highly recommend!

So much fun! We made ravioli, tagliatelle and Tiramisu just as offered. The villa was in a beautiful location with amazing views. Our hostess and her family were warm and gracious. All the produce used was farmed on the property- yes!! In addition to the ravioli and tagliatelle, we had Caprese salad and grilled vegetables. A lot! of food. All delicious!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Must do on your list in Positano. Logistics were easy, atmosphere was fun and relaxing. The host family did a wonderful job with the experience and sharing the history of their family’s land with you. 100% recommend.

What a great time! We made gnocchi and tagliatelle. The experience was wonderful! It was so nice to get out of the city and see the local flavor. There was never a rush to get everything finished. It was just a bunch of friends hanging out and cooking. I would highly recommend!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE!! We decided to do this experience to celebrate my birthday and it was the best gift ever!! We absolutely loved Emily and her family. They provided such an amazing cooking experience, one we will not forget.
Their home is lovely, in the mountains, and such a special place. The stories she told about her grandmother and the memories she has of cooking with her and her recipes were heartwarming. We truly enjoyed ourselves, the food was delicious, and the company even better. We highly recommend this experience!!

This was the last night of our trip and one of our favorite experiences. Emily and her family were exceptional hosts and the interaction with the other couples added to the night. Emily was both a wonderful instructor and an engaging storyteller as she related stories of her grandmother and the origins of their family in the area and the recipes created. We cannot wait to try to make our first batch of pasta at home!

BEST EXPERIENCE OF OUR TRIP! Emily and her family are kind, knowledgeable, passionate, and they take so much care in what they do. We learned how to make fresh pastas, tiramisu, had aperitivos (wine, limoncello, etc.). Their property is lovely and you have an unbeatable view from their kitchen.
The authenticity is unbelievable. We got to make their family recipes that date back generations, used ingredients from their garden, and everything was made from scratch. We truly felt like part of the family during this activity and they even made sure to order everyone taxis and walk us to the cars to ensure we left safely. Grazie Emily!

If you want an intimate experience with heart, this is where it’s at! Emily and her family were incredibly warm and welcoming. Her story about her grandmother and their family traditions making pasta, growing the ingredients and their relationship, was just beautiful. It was an honor to have been part of this experience!

We had a wonderful night cooking with a lovely Italian family. We learned and laughed all night, enjoying a gorgeous view while dining al fresco on a delicious meal. We met interesting folks from California to Australia. Genny and Emily, our brother and sister hosts, were lovely! This was a highlight of our ten days in Italy!

Very wholesome experience where we were able to hear about their family history in Positano and how it shaped their approach to cooking. We had a blast making our Tiramisu, Raviolis and tagliatelle. Emily led our group through everything. The dynamic between her and her mother was entertaining and the generational love shines through. Our group mates were also a treat and everyone seemed to have a blast.

The passion and love she has for cooking (and people) has been passed down from her grandmother. It is truly a special experience that everyone should try! Such a wonderful experience and definitely a highlight of our trip. Our host family was so welcoming, and we loved learning about their family traditions and ways of cooking. It was a small intimate group which made the experience even more authentic. We loved cooking with all of the fresh food and ingredients and in the end everything was delicious.

This was an incredible experience! The entire family participated in this class with us. We enjoyed learning about different ways to make pasta, etc. but, the most enjoyable part was listening to the heartfelt family stories. Emily was funny, patient, and the food that was prepared was incredible! We would recommend this to anyone over a traditional cooking class. Being in their home and feeling the love and passion they have for family, food, and tradition was amazing!
