By far one of the best activities we did in Positano. We went with our family of 5. The host was very welcoming and the class was very fun and organized. The food we made was so delicious and the view from the class was fantastic! We had a great time and I highly recommend this cooking class. It’s a way better experience than doing a cooking class at a restaurant.

This was an incredible experience. If you’re looking for a traditional, thoughtful, and a genuine cooking experience this is it. Emily and her family were amazing from the time her brother greeted us in the square and walked us to their house, to hearing Emily talk about her grandmother and their traditions. We experienced an authentic and really thoughtful time making our dishes. Cannot recommend more it was amazing.
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Emily & her family in their home. The view is breathtaking, the class and instruction were fantastic, there was ample wine and delicious food. This really was one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend!

Literally some of the best food I’ve ever put in my mouth. I am an experienced cook and food connoisseur, I have taken many cooking classes in many different countries and this is by far my favorite experience. Emily‘s multigenerational family home, her warmth the way she honors her ancestors and the land from which the food is created makes this experience, especially unique. You can feel the love of her grandma right there in her kitchen. i’m so grateful she opened up her home to create this experience. If I ever come back to Positano, I will return again for cooking experience with Emily and her exceptionally beautiful home. There’s nothing generic about this experience.
My partner and I had an amazing time taking this cooking class in Positano! Emily was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, even arranging a taxi to pick us up from town, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. The food was absolutely delicious, and we loved learning how to prepare traditional dishes while also hearing about the family’s history and traditions. As an added bonus, Emily sent us all the recipes we made after the class so we could recreate the dishes at home! We couldn’t recommend this experience enough to anyone visiting Positano! ⭐️

We took Emily’s family-style cooking class in Positano and it was one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the family welcomed us like we were old friends — warm, generous, and so genuinely happy to share their traditions with us. We made pasta and dessert completely from scratch, and both turned out incredible — some of the best food we had in Italy. The whole atmosphere felt like being invited into someone's home for a big family meal rather than a typical tourist activity. If you're visiting Positano, don't miss this experience — it's authentic, delicious, and full of heart.
Emily was a fantastic host.. She opened up her beautiful home overlooking Positano to a group of strangers who by the end seemed like friends.. Emily is passionate about cooking, her family and her grandmother’s recipes (which she shared with everyone). She made the entire experience fun and memorable. Emily and her family could not have done a better job!!! The food and wine were delicious!! One of the many highlights of our trip to the Amalfi Coast.. Would definitely recommend!!!
This was hands down the best part of our entire trip to Italy! Emily and her family were an absolute blast. My husband and I had so much fun and the food was exceptional. I can’t recommend this class enough. We will certainly be back to visit Emily and her family again!
The highlight of our entire 16-day Italy trip! Emily's cooking class was the most wholesome family experience — the beautiful kitchen,the gorgeous table setting, that incredible view and most importantly their family legacy. You can tell they built the space with real entrepreneurship in mind: large enough to comfortably host a group, with the best appliances, and everything was spotless. I truly got to connect with Emily and her family — you could feel her heart and emotion in the story she shared about her grandmother and the legacy they're building, pouring it all into their guests. And the food! The most amazing handmade ravioli, lemon tagliatelle, the most phenomenal Caprese with fresh mozzarella and tomato, grilled vegetables, homemade limoncello — and a tiramisu so good I ate every bite even though I don't like sweets. Honestly one of the best meals of our entire trip. This stands out from every other cooking class in Positano, and every time we mentioned we'd gone to Emily's class, people told us we'd made the best decision we could have made — they were right. We will definitely be back next time we visit!

This was an amazing experience in Italy. Emily was a wonderful host who paid tribute to her grandmother and family. We made friends, learned to cook several Italian favorites all in the families home. The experience was carefully crafted with great food, education, tradition, music and good drink. Really recommend, one of my favorite things while in Italy.
Emily did a wonderful presentation and got everyone involved in the whole night. Emily family was with her every step of the way. I would highly recommend.

We had the most incredible time spending the evening making pasta with Emily and her whole family. It felt like so much more than a cooking class. It was a true Italian experience filled with laughter, dancing, singing, delicious food, incredible wine.
We loved hearing about Emily’s grandmother, who lived to be 114 years old and played such a special role in inspiring Emily’s passion for cooking and bringing people together through food.
And the food was unbelievably amazing!!!! Everything we made was absolutely delicious, and there is something so special about sitting down together and enjoying a meal that you made with your own hands. Emily also sent us a pdf of all the recipes so we can make them at home!
The views from their home were also spectacular. We could have stayed there all day just taking in the scenery. Emily was also so kind, welcoming, and incredibly easy to work with. She even went above and beyond to help us arrange transportation back to Positano afterward, which we appreciated so much.
If you’re visiting the Amalfi Coast, I cannot recommend this experience enough. It was an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives!

This night was a highlight of our entire trip! Emily and her family are absolutely lovey and taught us so much so quickly. It's an easy taxi ride from Positano and they can help you with transportation if needed. Their home is absolutely beautiful and they did a great job of making everyone comfortable. The class was fun, engaging, and we learned so much! And come ready to eat. Everything is delicious!
This cooking class was the most fun we had our entire trip! Emily was a great host and showed us how to make two different types of pasta as well as tiramisu. She gave us the history of her family and shared her family recipes so we can try to recreate them. 10/10 experience!
