This was an AMAZING experience. I took 5 teen girls (only 2 of who had an interest in cooking) and everyone had a great time. Chef Marvela was excellent! Her expertise, patience and passion for cooking made the entire experience fun and enjoyable. I highly recommend booking and asking for her because she can teach everyone from learning how to crack an egg to perfecting a delicious pasta meal with ease! This is an experience that we will never forget! Grazie Chef Marvela!

Worth it

We really enjoyed it! It was a pleasure. We made pasta from scratch and then we ate it, so delicious!

So much fun!

Kim_F, Aug 2026
We had so much making pasta! Sam was super helpful and friendly and made the whole experience extra special. We made two different kinds of pasta, long tagliatelle and ravioli stuffed with spinach and cheese. Then the chef prepared our pasta with two different sauces. We also had wine! Lots of it too. We also helped with making a delicious tiramisu. I normally don’t eat it but it was delicious. I would definitely recommend this tour!

A great distraction from sightseeing

This experience was great fun and a very welcome opportunity to have a good reason to escape the July heat of Florence, and visiting the many museums and churches. Topping off the experience with lunch was perfect timing

360 Cooking Class in Florence

Yahaira_M, Jul 2026
Kevin’s cooking class was a fabulous experience, and it’s in a historic building—Napoleon Bonaparte’a stables! Kevin (the owner and chef) was very friendly and clear in his instructions with the group, assisting everyone as needed at different steps while making two different pastas and tiramisu. This was such an enjoyable class that I highly recommend, and that’s after previously taking a cooking class in Florence that I thought I liked. When I return, I’ll be sure to take other classes offered through them!

Fun

The chef was fun and the class was great but the heat was a little unbearable. It was during a heat wave and we baked as well as the pasta.

Excellent chef and perfect accommodations. We made two different kinds of pasta and tiramisu. Instructions were clear, easy to follow and just a lot of fun. The only thing is they did not offer us any aprons at the end.

A must-do when visiting Florence

Had an absolutely fabulous time with Raffa! He was very entertaining and informative. Gave you all the tools to be able to make delicious Italian pasta on your own. If you’re deciding between different experiences, please take this as your sign to book with them.

Absolutely recommend!

What an amazing experience & a must do in Florence. Rafealo our host was the absolute best! He was kind, passionate, knowledgeable & gave us so much insight about the culture & food. We not only learned how to make pasta & tiramisu but the history & love behind it. Sam was our chef & she was lovely. She was funny, engaging, & helpful. The hands on experience was absolutely memorable. Everything that was written in the description of this activity they far exceeded. We made two types of pasta (pappardelle & spinach ravioli) . The two different sauces were made by them. The tiramisu was mostly a demo by them with volunteer participation to learn some of the techniques. It was delicious & tasted better than anything I’ve ever had in the USA. We got hilarious statue of David aprons that were included in our package that we love as a souvenir from this great experience. They also served unlimited wine (red & white) & water. They served delicious bread with olive oil & prosciutto & salami in between cooking. There’s short bursts of free time for bathroom breaks, photo opts, to go outside for fresh air, or just sit & relax & have wine. The room was intimate & the perfect size (13 adults). It was fun interacting with people from around the world & the small group experience was intimate & the perfect size to be able to enjoy the experience without feeling overcrowded. If you don’t do this experience you’re missing out. This was a definite highlight of my trip. Grazie!

We had an amazing time in this class. We have two younger children (5 and 8) and the instructor both did not slow down the class so the other 10 adults could still enjoy it, but also made sure the kids understood what was happening and helped them where needed. It was the perfect balance of allowing everyone to fully partake in the class and have a good time.

Fantastic! I would suggest this class for anyone except young kids. Very informative, made great pastas, learned about tiramisu. Sat down and ate as a large group. So much fun! And lots of great wine!

Way better than we expected

Teri_B, Oct 2025
This cooking class was over the top excellence. First of all, Giuseppe and Anna's house is beautiful with a fantastic view of Naples. They are a welcoming, friendly couple. When we arrived, they were all set up and we dove right in. The instruction, ingredients and final result we more than we expected out of ourselves. Absolutely delicious! We would go back and highly recommend this experience regardless of your cooking prowess or lack thereof.

Excellent

Our favorite thing we did in Florence

Emma_H, Oct 2025
We couldn't recommend this more! I have done other Florence cooking classes, which were all fun, but this one is is absolutely next level. We learned SO much, not about just how to cook this meal but why, mixed in with Italian philosophy and history that impacted our entire trip and everything else we experienced too. We loved how this class was not just for entertainment value, but for actual deep learning along with the joy of making an amazing meal. Book this immediately!

The hosts were fun and knowledgeable. We all had fun trying to make pasta. We made our own pasta but we did not make tiramisu. The chef made the dessert and shared it with us.
