Meet just steps from the central Santa Maria Novella train station to board the air-conditioned coach and settle in for a scenic drive from Florence through the Tuscan countryside. Stop at a winery in the Chianti Classico hills for a tour of the vineyard, production areas, and barrel room before relaxing over a tasting of three wines and local olive oil.
After free time to make purchases (optional; own expense), board the bus for the short drive to the second Chianti Classico winery to visit the estate and compare production methods. Cap off your tour with a wine tasting of three different labels paired with Tuscan olive oil, cheese, cold cuts, and other local specialties. Opt to browse the winery shop to select gourmet souvenirs to take home before the bus transfer back to the departure point.

- Wines tasted: reds typical of the Chianti region ( normally Chianti Classico, Riserva, Super Tuscans, Gran Selezione, etc.).
- Operates rain or shine, please dress appropriately
- Luggage can be stored on the bus during the tour, if needed
- Return at departure point: 1:45pm for the 9.00am tour - 7:00pm for the 2:30pm tour. To reserve other activities, allow plenty of time, in case of heavy traffic, etc.
- Visited wineries may vary depending on their availability, etc.; they may be 2 of the following Fattoria Montecchio, Casa Emma, San Michele a Torri, Villa Poggio Torselli, Podere Anselmo, Casa di Monte, Tenuta Capponi, Villa i Langi, Tenuta San Vito, etc.
- For cruise ship passengers only: if your ship docks at Livorno or La Spezia Port, be advised that the driving time to the meeting point in Florence is approx. 2 hours. Before booking, be sure your ship schedule works with our departure times, and you have your own transportation arranged from the port to Florence and back.

This was such a highlight of our honeymoon! Jonathan was the best tour guide and was very personable and John Luca was a great driver. This tour we are more than we thought (cheese, bread, olive oil, meats). We were full of wine and food by the end. I highly recommend this tour!!!!

It was an amazing experience. Jonas and Nino did an excellent job taking our small group wine tasting. I have to give a special shoutout to Jonas our host. He did a splendid job keeping us engaged and laughing from the minute the bus rolled out of the lot to when we returned. He also helped me propose to my long time girlfriend and both him and Nino gifted us a nice bottle of Wine. If you’re in Florence and would like a nice engaging wine tasting I 100% recommend this excursion. You will not regret it!

Excellent tour with an easy to find LOCAL start and finish. Some tours were miles outside Florence. This tour picked up and dropped off at a local bus terminus. The tour was a wonderful trip to a Chianti vineyard with tastings.

This was the most perfect wine tour! We had a group of 9 so a semi private tour option still felt like a small group of people. The tour guide, bus driver, and winery hosts at the wineries were all so knowledgable and made it the best experience. They also do not skimp on the wine!!

I loved how excited our tour guide (Jason) was about his job. He had such an amazing personality and great sense of humor. We had so much fun playing Italy trivia and learning on our way, drinking lots of wine, singing songs and making new friends. It was truly an unforgettable experience that was worth every penny. Our bus driver (Nino) was not only a great driver but was also always there to lend a helping hand. Would definitely do this again.

I’d highly recommend the small group wine tasting experience my husband and I met three other couples and we all had such a great time. The wine was wonderful. The owners of the wineries were so nice and accommodating. I appreciate it that it was only eight people, and we had very dedicated staff who took care of us for a great experience.

We had a fantastic time! Marco, our guide, and Mike, our driver, were so friendly and made sure we had the best time. We tried 8 different wines, many different olive oils, balsamic vinegars, salami, prosciutto, and more. The meeting location was easy to find and the staff was extremely friendly. We learned a lot about the history of Florence and wine production in the region. The vineyards were beautiful. I’d 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a fun afternoon in Tuscany.

Highly recommend this experience while in Florence! Our guide was delightfully informative and friendly and the driver carefully maneuvered narrow roads with confidence. Loved the wineries and learned so much. Favorite part was sitting with other travelers while enjoying the stories of the wines we tried and sampled local culinary treats.

It was wonderful. We did two wineries which was perfect. The bus was beautiful. Clean and AC was pumping! The small bites at each place were so good. You left full. Raph and Gino were wonderful. Such a fun day, especially the group sing along on the bus on the way back. Can’t wait to do it again!

This was hands down one of the best experiences of our trip and easily one of our favorite things we’ve done so far in Italy! Jason was an incredible tour guide, super funny, extremely knowledgeable, and he made the entire day so enjoyable from start to finish. You could tell he truly loves what he does, and it made the experience even more memorable.
A huge shoutout to our bus driver, Mike, as well! The bus was comfortable and had great air conditioning, which was such a relief. I was honestly nervous about spending the day out in nearly 100-degree heat, but the bus gave us a cool, comfortable escape between stops and made the tour so much more enjoyable. There was some AC at the wineries as well.
The wineries were beautiful, the wine was delicious, and the entire day was perfectly organized. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Florence!!

We enjoyed this tour very much. The instructions on what to expect were very clear and accurate, the tour left on time, the guide was personable and knowledgeable and the two wineries were wonderful. Our host at the first vineyard was exceptional and added to the experiences. The food and wines were really delicious. At the second location, I was more impressed with the setting-it was a beautiful stone building. The host was not quite as engaging and I would've appreciated more talking at the table over the wine tasting rather than the overview standing in the wine cellar but these are minor tweaks that could be made. Overall, very happy with this experience!

Literally one of the best tours I've done in my life. Alessio was absolutely fantastic. He was such a good tour guide. The locations we went to, the wine we drank, and the food we ate was out of this world. I didn't want to leave. I would 100% do this tour over and over.
