Way too expensive at $160 per person when it should only be 50. The bike passes and food voucher do not make up for the ridiculous price. Book early so that a third party company like Viator can not rape you on the price.

Book early says a man who did not book early.
When it is sold out and you can not get on Alcatraz then the value of going vs not going is priceless.
Next time plan 6 months out and leave our packages to those who really value our services.

The Alcatraz part was worth it, but the bike and food voucher was not. The restaurant they picked was not something we wanted and you can’t exchange it- it’s a get what you get restaurant and you won’t know the restaurant until after you buy the package. We also didn’t use the bike rental because you can only use it the day of Alcatraz or the day after. We would have used it the day before but the coupon wouldn’t let us. Alcatraz took most of the day and bike rental ends at 5 so it couldn’t be used and we flew home the day after Alcatraz so I be bike rental was a waste of money. Overall, even if you use the food voucher, bike and Alcatraz— it’s still over priced. Do not recommend this package.

Here is the true facts on this:
You stated the bike rental shop was out of bikes. They never run out of bikes and we called the bike rental location to confirm. The manager informed us you asked for electric bikes (which does not even come included with this as stated) but had 300 normal bikes in stock.
We even provided you a number to call the manager just to confirm that she has bikes. You chose not to and it’s obvious why!
You decided you’ll go buy bikes on your own even tho you did not have to.
The bike rental states when you buy it that it is valid for same day or the next! That is your own fault for wanting to ride the day prior to Alcatraz even tho we stated you could not.
We chose Boudin Sourdough bread bakery! It is a San Francisco legend and it appears you are the only one who dislikes it. It is obvious to see that nothing would ever make you happy!

This was the only tour that I could book to Alcatraz a few days before going. Book Alcatraz as soon as you know you're going. It sells out several weeks in advance. Very educational. Some of the best views of San Francisco. Can stay as long as you want and just relax or take the trail. Totally accessible for mobility scooters and wheelchairs. They'll take you to the top of the hill in a tram and you can use the tram to go back down or walk down. Working elevators to go between floors. Ramps where needed so you don't miss anything. Rode my scooter right onto and off of the ferries. Go for it.

Ik geef de beoordeling een gemiddeld, omdat ik erg heb genoten van de tour en alles was goed geregeld maar ik vond de prijs achteraf erg duur i.v.m. de prijs aan de balie. Ook vond ik het jammer dat ik deze tickets van tevoren boek, maar ik dan toch pas 's middags, midden in de middag, de tour bij Alcatraz had. Dit betekende dat we de fietsen erg snel weer moesten inleveren en alsnog daardoor lopend naar Alcatraz moesten gaan.
