I highly recommand this experience!
They are extremely supportive and professional. When collecting the bike, they give you all the info on the route you should follow based on your preferred attractions to visit. They are also available to support you via phone during your ride if needed. We had an issue on the way with our bike (One wheel flat) and they gave us all the needed instructions as well as the chance to leave the bike to the nearest store (the have two locations).
I would choose them Again if I'll be back! Thanks for the Amazing day

Super friendly staff. The first staff member I met was happy to stay with me as I waited for my friend, since anybody can come along and try to steal your bike. Michael was really cordial, friendly and polite.

Crossing the Golden Gate Bridge was really awesome! Bonus seeing the little town of Sausalito along the loop way to the ferry ride back to fisherman’s wharf

The gentleman at Alcatraz tours and bike rentals was very kind to us. We got stuck over the Golden Gate Bridge and didn’t make it back before closing. He waited for us and gave us both a water that we really needed. 5 stars for them.

Bike seat could be bigger and softer. Bike could benefit from added suspension to wheels to absorb any bumpy ride.
