Be prepared and pace yourself

The quality of your trip is going to depend on your own attitude and preparation. Make sure you take water and maybe a snack. If you’re not used to long bike trips make sure to pace yourself. The hills are no joke. Give yourself plenty of time. The bikes are typical rental bikes so don’t expect a high performance machine. They do the job.
