We did this tour our first night in Rome (5:30 pm). Our tour guide, Alex, was incredible. Our whole family including kids (19, 19, 17, and 13) loved it. Alex was so knowledgeable about all the history of every building he showed us. He made sure everyone was comfortable and had ample time for photos. Highly recommend!

True value at the Vatican

Leonardo was absolutely fabulous. He was so knowledgeable in many areas: archaeology, history, religion, and art. We learned so much from him. He was happy to answer any questions. Having a guide with such a happy smile, and zest for the information he was sharing, made our whole experience exciting. I would recommend him to anyone, if you want a totally immersive experience into the Vatican.

Wonderful Tour

Enjoyed the early morning tour with Christina. She was very knowledgeable and interacted well with our small group. Small group was worth it because you could ask questions and stay together as a group. Don’t think you’ll be alone though, if you’re going in summer. You’ll be one of the first in and there is room to stay together, but there are lots of groups. Still, being able to interact with our guide was great and she did a fantastic job. We were with Liv Tours.

An Amazing trip we wont forget!

This was such an amazing trip! Firstly our tour guide Lillia was so passionate and was very clear explaining everything to us. It was very well organised. Lillia took us to the interesting parts of pompeii. We learnt alot. We also got to see the new excurvation going on which was amazing. The coach driver romel ( i hope ive spelt correct) was explaining everything along the journey upto pompeii. He had a great sense of humour and really made the trip fun. Was very well organised, meeting point with city wonders was accurate with arrival and departure times. Such a lovely,emotional and fun day of history, with a tour guide who made it extra special. We had a great experience and the people that we found on Viator were very helpful and detailed in instructing us through the chaos of the crowds. Enjoyable morning seeing the central sites of Rome

Really enjoyed seeing the sites of central Rome. Definitely preferred this to the ancient sites. Liked seeing the pantheon and learning about the history of Piazza Navona. Liked being given a complimentary gelato when we got to Trevi Fountain, and then seeing Spanish Steps. Our guide, Donnatella, was very knowledgeable about everything. Would’ve liked better reception with the audio guides, but was probably because it was quite crowded. Thank you.

Amazing tour guide (Dan!)

We absolutely loved this tour! Dan was such an incredible tour guide and gave us all great recommendations for our visit as well. Even though we went to very touristy destinations in this tour, he did a great job getting us away from the crowd. He also took us to several hidden gems which were our favorite part of our time in Roma by far! We are still talking about this tour days later. Additionally, he gave great tips for how to visit places like the Trevi fountain and avoid larger crowds. All around, such a great tour!

What a great way to get introduced to Rome - and really Italy as a whole. The tour was well paced, with a nice balance of relaxed conversation and interesting history and culture. Our driver, John, was knowledgeable without overdoing it, and he made the experience feel personal rather than scripted. He also navigated the city smoothly and safely, which definitely added to the overall comfort of the tour. I’ll be raising a glass of wine tonight in his honor. Hopefully his bosses read this and consider giving him a raise

Great tour and hope Olga is your guide

Very informative and the guides are incredible. It was a treat to have Olga as our guide for the Vatican portion of the tour. This tour is full of incredible facts and gives you plenty of time in between to grab lunch and make it to the next tour. I went in June, so be aware of the heat because it is a lot of walking and can be very hot.
