- The tour involves a lot of walking and climbing stairs, especially in the Roman Forum - please take this into consideration
- Wear comfortable footwear and clothing – the tour will proceed regardless of the weather
- Due to Colosseum security checks, bulky bags, trolleys or backpacks are not allowed
- Due to heightened security measures, you may experience delays in clearing security checks when entering the Colosseum. Guests with a pacemaker will need to show a certificate to bypass security screening
- It is mandatory to bring your passport or ID card on the day of the tour
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking
- Daily at 2:30 pm (High Season: from April 1st to October 26th 2025)
- Daily at 1:30 pm (Low Season: from October 27th to March 31st 2026)
- If you have a pacemaker you will need to show a certificate, otherwise you will not be admitted without being screened
- This tour is not suitable for individuals who use a wheelchair or who have difficulty walking
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers

I would highly recommend this tour company. The three hour tour was beyond what we expected. The only minimal complaint I have is that due to our guides Italian accent I wasn’t able to follow some of the historical facts she was telling us.
The meeting point was very easy to get to and the tour company found us immediately.
Our tour guide Barbie made us feel very secure and safe with all the hordes of people around the Colosseum. She did such a great job with our group tour that it felt at times that we were the only people there on a tour.

Great tour with highlights of colosseum and palantine hill. Got very hot, so make sure to bring water, refill when able, or purchase in nearby area as opportunities arise. Not much shade overlooking the grounds.

I booked our tour online several weeks before we travelled. The tour was booked for 10:30 am. One day before our arrival in Rome I received an email telling me our tour was moved to 2:30 pm. This turned out to be an issue for us. We had to meet a bus at 4:15pm to get back to our ship. We were forced to cut our tour in half in order to get back to the meeting point. We would not have had this problem if the tour wasn’t rescheduled. I would not have known about the change if I hadn’t accessed my email on the ship using their Wi-Fi. This is not fair or reasonable treatment of customers using your service. I would consider changing my poor star review if I was offered a refund.
