Very much enjoyed this tour. Riding a segway is pretty easy, you just need to stay focused. Icing on the cake was when we were stopped by police to allow the POTUS motorcade through to thr White House

Even if you're a bit nervous to ride the Segway you should do this. It was sooo much fun! A word of caution though: it does tire your feet out so don't book this thinking it will be a break from the walking. Do this first!

We really enjoyed this tour. The guides gave us plenty of time to get used to the segway and then showed us the highlights of the city. The staff was excellent and we got an excellent overview of the city. Thank you!

We recently visited Washington DC with our 18 year old granddaughter. I booked the Segway Tour for our first morning. It was the perfect way to get an overview of DC as well as learn the history of the sites we visited. Fun and educational, our guides were great. My husband and I are both 75+ and had no problem learning how to ride the Segway. Loved it and so did our granddaughter.

I live close to DC and visit often, but had a friend coming down for a day and she wanted to get in as much as possible. This tour is a wonderful way to get a good overview of DC. The segways are an absolute blast to ride on and our guide did a wonderful job sharing local history with us and giving suggestions on where to stop on our own. I would highly recommend this tour, especially as the first thing you do in DC. It gives you a layout of the city and ideas on where to stop and spend some time. There were several places we went by that I personally want to go back and explore.

What a great way to see an amazing historical city. The segway was very easy to ride and very fun. We saw all the major monuments and got an informative lesson about the symbolism in each these. Highly recommend this ride.

If you are up to riding a Segway, then this is the tour for you! Mike took our small group on a 2 hour tour of most all the important sights in DC. He was so knowledgeable about dates, events and lots of inside scoops on the city. He stopped many times to tell us about the sights.
This isn't a tour for the weak or frail, I was exhausted when it was done. If you are up to the challenge, then it is totally the trip for you.

Awesome way to catch the main spots of D.C. on a short stay. Our guide was fun, careful, cautious, informed, and just awesome this definitely made the tour better. Learning to ride Segway as simple and by the end of it, you'll want more Segway time.

The tour was great! It's good there is training prior to the tour as we did go through traffic and around pedestrians. Our guide, Robi, was knowledgeable about the sites we visited and observant as to how we were doing during the entire trip. I would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun, efficient way to get an overview of the Mall.

What an absolutely amazing experience!!! Not only was the Segway ride a total blast, it was a great way to see all the important sites and rich history that DC has to offer without walking for hours and hours! We had an incredible tour guide who was as fun and entertaining as he was knowledgeable!!! An excellent value for the price. If you are in DC, you MUST try this tour!!!

Really enjoyed this. Our guide spent a lot of time getting everyone comfortable with before we embarked. I think they would benefit from having a second guide/Segway expert with the group.

We had a great time. Sara was excellent. We saw so much and learned so much that we would not have been able to learn on our own. There we only a couple of things we would change if possible. The first is we felt a little short because another person on our tour dropped out because she was afraid. We understand that. But when Sara had to leave us to take back the Segway, that took away from our time. Someone else from the company should have come to pick it up and our lead person should have stayed with our group to continue. The only other thing we would have preferred was a food or snack opportunity and a bathroom break. Otherwise we would have given it a full 5 stars.

This tour was an amazing way to see Washington D.C. at night!!! Our tour guide took his time and explained how to be safe on the segways. He also did not rush us through the sites. He gave us good information about each site and other info about museums we passed.

We enjoyed the Segway right up until the last 5 minutes of the trip when my husband fell off. It was fun until then though. : I wish we would have been able to stop at the new WWII memorial though instead of the Navy Memorial. The Navy Memorial was nice, but would have enjoyed the time more at the WWII.

This was a fun tour, and Viator, the booking company, and also the Segway company were great! I got there with a friend and they started teaching us to use the Segway. My friend was not able to get comfortable and aborted the tour. I still went, and thoroughly enjoyed it. And my friend was refunded half of what she paid for the trip. We both thought that was fair. I would use this company again and recommend the tour.

We really had a great time - neither of us had ever driven a Segway before and after the first 5-10 minutes, we had a blast on them. We were a bit anxious about it for the first 5-10 minutes as it took us that long to get comfortable. Our tour guide was wonderful.
