It was difficult to find the bus stops therefore we only ended up getting to ride one time the entire day. Not the best experience by far.

Once we were on the bus it was great. The drivers are funny, full of information and we enjoyed hopping on and off at sites we wanted to explore. I always recommend taking an on off bus in any new city. I had trouble with the app and was very frustrated at the beginning. It kept saying to start the bus at any stop but when I clicked it kept circling around to the same screens and I could find find a map of the stops. Then we were dropped at the capital but ended up on the wrong side. Again, no map to see where to get the bus. I had to call the center twice to find the right place. Please make a map available on the app.

The Old Towne Trolley was extremely informative. Was a fast way to tour the city and determine what you want to hop off and see. Guide had a wealth of knowledge that was interesting and gave back story to many of the cites and places that I had never heard about. Great way to see the major cites of the city. Easy to find and easy to navigate

Tried to get on bus at Lincoln memorial and told had to buy tickets online. Driver took off and I bought tickets. Waited 49 minutes bus never came. Took taxi never used tickets. They stole $130 dollars from me. Beware.

The drivers have a wealth of knowledge along with a great sense of humor. We did the Arlington Cemetery upgrade and also the night monument tour. So good!

Very convenient stops throughout Washington DC. Buy your tickets in advance . There is a lot of walking. I noticed handicapped people had a tough time getting on and off the bus. If you get a driver named Ramin, you are in for a treat. We had 3 drivers but Ramin was the most knowledgeable and what a great sense of humor.He made the ride so enjoyable, after we accomplished what we wanted to see, we stayed on for the whole ride one more time.

The website for the tour stops is limited. Would help to know that some of the stops did not have signs. I had to call the them to find out.

I ’d start at the earliest available time to ensure to see every stop and take full advantage of the hop-on, hop-off feature. My main priority would be to hop off at Ford’s Theatre, as I missed it previously and consider it a must-see.

Couldn’t find where to board at first but called and customer service was very helpful. The ride was great around the city to see all the places and hear tidbits of info on the sites. Big K was the best guide!

Cold weather sucks the trolley doesn’t get warm enough it was really cold out and the trolley couldn’t get warm enough

Viator I would give a 1 star rating. After purchasing tickets and downloading app. There was no link to find stops, no address for stops, no information about a signage for stops. We lost almost an hour in time because we could not find the stop near the Lincoln memorial. We used that as our starting point. Website and app. Need to be updated

The trolley was a great way to see the city. We rode with Joe Moe and Hollywood. Both were very knowledgeable and shared things I had never learned about Washington DC the city and the history.

Rooster was the driver that kicked us off out of Penn station. He is spectacular! Welcoming, kind, polite, respectful. We drove around once to all stops to decide where to hop off. After our first hop off, we had two other tour operators. While knowledgeable, they lacked the energy and talent of Rooster. I don't mean bad, just unremarkable. Rooster is a top dog!

Really was not expecting how far the stops were to the actual stops and you hop off but have to wait every 30 mins for the next one to pick you up. I paid extra for the cemetary but didnt end up going to that one. Really not worth the money and dobt expect to see every stop and take pics.

All of our guides were friendly and informative. It was a cold day (for us, from SoCal) -- but we were prepared. Almost no one else on the trams with us each time, so almost a private tour. It was a good way to get around to the different locations in the city, just be mindful of when and where the tram will be back. We almost missed one at the Lincoln/National Mall location with lots of snow/ice. My wife actually fell on the way and the driver was helpful to get her up and in safely. We started too late to see everything, but what we did was great. I recommend it.

It was so relaxing. The perfect.
Amount of time and it was like an interactive and entertaining history lesson. DC in a box, what valuable not frivolous, and I would do this first before deciding what attractions to actually go in and experience. The driver Rooster was especially entertaining and friendly and so knowledgeable and relevant. Even the shape of the trolley adds to the experience. The huge windows make you feel like you can reach out and touch the monuments and attractions more than you can in a car!

Didn't find much useful as frequency for washington DC is quite less because we won't be able to spend 30mins for every monument and spending 30mins each place would take up the whole day and hence it defeats the purpose of hop on and hop off itself. Also we were expecting to know more details of the places but unfortunately guide/driver was just saying out the names of the building and had no more details to offer. Also the speakers on the bus was so out dated that it is impossible to follow. All in all for the price we are paying, it is not at all worth to go around Washington DC on this tour. An extra star for the staffs, they are very friendly and welcoming.

One of drivers, Mr. Joe Moe had very bad manners He keep saying that we interrupt him ( we were speaking very low voice). I will not recommend this tour to my friends in DC area.
