We had a great time on the night e-cart tour of DC with Jared! He was fun, kind, and very attentive—opening doors, making sure we got back to the right cart at each stop, and keeping everything smooth and easy.
He shared a great mix of history and fun facts, and with only four of us in the cart, it felt really personal. The e-cart was such a fun way to see the city at night.
Definitely the way to do a DC tour—highly recommend!

I booked this tour for my family and I that were in town from Las Vegas for our son’s birthday. We’re SO happy that we went with this tour company! Kiefer was our tour guide for our group. BEST TOUR GUIDE hands down! He was so friendly, great customer service, very knowledgeable of the DC area and the sights that’s were on the tour. He had so many extra stats and stories to share that made the tour extra special. We had enough time at each stop to get out and take pictures. The vintage electric car was very comfortable to ride it, especially with no top on, as the weather was beautiful during our tour. I would recommend this tour 100%! And make sure to request Kiefer!

Super easy on-off tour with a knowledgeable and friendly guide. We covered a lot of ground in 2 hours-much more than we could have on foot. Know that if you are on the back (which is FUN!) you have to angle your camera just right to avoid the safety bars being in your pictures. Time allotted to get out and take pictures was just enough-no standing around and getting bored. This is an efficient way to see the city when you are short on time. If you have lots of time consider this to help orient you to the city for later excursions.

Conner was a great tour guide. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful. He helped my elderly mom get on and off at all the stops.
Christine_O, Jul 2026
Our tour was only around 1.5 hours and our driver was very tired and ready to be done for the day. He was fine but the full two hours and a more energetic and informative driver would have been appreciated.

It was very informative, and relaxing, other than the heat, but we are very happy with the experience, the only way to tour Washington DC

Educated and professional driver! Just very rushed. Just add another hour and charge an extra 25 bucks!: The old fashioned cars are beautiful 😍. Just speeding around the city with minimal stops with time limits was annoying. Then you pass beautiful sites and don't even go by slow to catch a picture 🙄 All in all had fun but for my taxi ride of 15 bucks on top of the excursion fee to get to meeting spot was a bit disappointing.

We absolutely loved Conner! He was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about all the sites we visited in DC! We were sad when our tour ended! We will absolutely do it again and ask for Conner to be our guide!!!

Rainy weather, but guide made it work. Heal out us to determine the length of time at each stop, so we got to see the things we were most interested in..

If there was a rating lower than 1, I would definitely use it for this review. After booking a 2 hour tour for my family ( 2 of them over 80 years young), taking ride share to the pick up point and waiting 20 minutes, we were told that we would need to cram into a car that was already full. After refusing to pile in, we were then asked to speak to management who told me that there were no additional cars available. Funny thing though, I was looking at the available empty car as he was telling me there were no cars available. He was rude and dismissive. He made excuses and even blamed us at some point for not being able to cram ourselves into the already full car. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere!

Nancy_L, Jun 2026
I really fun experience with great people!! Mike was great and gave us many interesting facts and tidbits about the city.
Joy_J, Jun 2026
Michael our guide was very informative and interactive.would recommend doing this at the beginning of your trip, not on the last night. I saw a couple things I wished I had time to see if staying the next day.
Lisa_B, Jun 2026
Specifically chose the 7pm your for due to it being advertised as”moonlight”….no monuments were lit up because still too much daylight. Also, if you don’t get there early enough you are stuck in backseat not able to see most of the buildings tour guide is talking sbout til you are already passing by it. Pay the same as everyone else, but don’t receive the same experience

10 out of 10 recommended this tour! It’s a MUST! We had Maurice as our guide and he was the BEST… someone that is truly living out his calling.

Reservation was for Sunday morning, the day before Memorial Day. Turned out to be a terrible day/ time. 90% of the streets were closed and we were not able to go to any of the locations but the capitol. Our guide was at a complete loss of what to do. He kept calling the office and they had no idea. It Did not seem to be well planned at all. Seems like the locals would have known about the street closures for Memorial Day. Turned out the street closures were from 10-12 the exact time of our tour. We were told we would get half our money back but still waiting on that. Next time I will ask more questions about the tour company’s planning.

Our tour guide Samantha was amazing. She was new but very knowledgeable and kind. The weather was beautiful.
Hilary_H, Jun 2026
A fun, educational and convenient way to see the major monuments in two hours and enjoy a beautiful sunset in the city. Kiefer was funny, knowledgeable and kind.
Shannon_Q, Jun 2026
We all had a great time. Although it was called a night tour but started at 7 and it did not get dark until the end of the tour. He kept saying you have to see this memorial at night it is beautiful. Ugh! I thought we scheduled a night tour. He was a very informative guide and friendly. Outside of that we all had a great time.
Hayley_H, Jun 2026
Our tour guide Maurice was AMAZING! I seriously can’t compliment him enough. We were only in DC for one day, so we wanted to try and hit as many spots as possible, and this tour did just that! Maurice was super engaging and super knowledgeable. I don’t know how someone can remember that much info! From hidden secrets, fun facts, and bits of history, he knew it all! I walked away with a lot of new information. I really enjoyed how he connected his real life experience into the tour! Maurice was super funny and engaging, and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting DC (and would highly, highly recommend Maurice)!

Our guide navigated well and provided us with sights that are hard to get to on your own. He had a lot of info along the way.

John_J, May 2026
This was amazing!! Our guide Mike was fantastic, so knowledgeable. This tour was a must. Hit all the DC highlights.

The early evening tour was a great idea and conveniently merged site visits with rides after a long day, but the area was FLOODED with busses of middle schoolers (I'm told this is a problem April/May and Sept/Oct-- taking photos of themselves arranged, for example, so that the Washington monument looked obscene in relation to their bodies, or disrespecting the Korean memorial and so forth. The scene at the Lincoln memorial was particularly distressing--the sight of Lincoln's sad face over that hullabaloo was discouraging. We drove by places with very pleasant commentary and kindness from our good guide, but largely saw rows of buses and construction fencing. The view of the White House was almost entirely obscured due to Washington construction of a giant fighting/lighting stage apparatus. SO grateful to our kind guide who seemed like a history buff and helpful, but the company should really warn people.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed our guide’s commentary, historical knowledge, and service throughout the tour.
Unfortunately, the number of school groups, tour buses, construction projects, and temporary event setups around Washington, DC can vary significantly from day to day and are outside of our control. We understand that these conditions can impact the overall experience, particularly at popular locations such as the Lincoln Memorial and the White House.
Our goal is always to provide an informative and enjoyable tour regardless of the circumstances, and we’re pleased that our guide was able to share the history and stories of the city despite the crowds and temporary closures. We appreciate your comments and will consider adding information about seasonal school-group activity and major construction projects to help set expectations for future guests.
Thank you again for visiting Washington, DC with us.

Maybe with a different driver.
We decided to book this for my mothers birthday but the driver was a little rude and not friendly
Response from Host, May 2026
We are very sorry to hear about your experience. We truly appreciate you choosing our tour for your mother’s birthday, and this is not the level of service we aim to provide.
If you could please give us a call, we would like to investigate the matter further, identify the tour guide assigned to your booking, and make sure additional training is provided to improve the service experience in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Marissa_N, May 2026
This was such a pleasant way to enjoy the monuments. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the history and significance of all the monuments. This included anything else of significance we passed along the way. We made a terrible mistake getting to the meeting spot, and ended up in the arrivals lane of the Ronald Reagan airport. Completely our fault, but our guide was gracious enough to wait the ten extra minutes it took for us to arrive. The numbers given to contact the tour group for cases such as these were, however, not helpful. No one picked up. We had to contact Viator customer service directly and they gave us the tour guide's personal number to let them know we were running late.

The best way to see all the popular spots!! My family of 6 loved the night tour and our guide Ryan was excellent!
