Because our taxi driver couldn't find the place from nearby Chinatown, we missed the entire, paid in full event.
The bubble pit smelled like feet and for the price you’d think it would be more. Overall my 6 year old enjoyed himself.

Unsanitary, I do not feel like I got my money worth. But I would say my favorite part was the pink ballon’s . Everything else smells like feet.
It was absolutely amazing, a total must for anybody going to Washington DC, and the adults will love it just as much as the kids.
Fun place for kids, something new to experience and it’s not to far of a drive from Virginia Beach, check it out.
Nice, for kids and families, nice and big place but poor maintenance, the kids enjoy all the time, need more orientation to the costumer.
It is amazing each corner you take is a different surprise. I really enjoyed it with my kids staff and all I drive four hours. And I will do it again.
It was amazing. The kids had a blasts. I would go back any day. Over all Great experience. We’ll be back again.
Each and every room has it's own unique look and feel. Everything was excellent. The smile on all the kids faces was a joy to see.
We'll be back in a couple of weeks as we enjoyed it ourselves.
My daughters 16th birthday photo shoot turned out wonderful in each room.

Kids had a lot of fun hands on activities but the main bubble machine was broken and people waited around to be fixed with no results so very disappointing

The experience summed up in one word…dirty. A lot of the things were not working properly and were wore out. My daughter who was the Birthday girl lost her VIP pass in the massive ball pit and was distraught about it and the worker told her to get back in and find it…really? Find it? The employee attitudes were not joyful or happy their communication at every touch point was harsh and rude. Clearly this is a leadership issue that is trickling down as it was throughout the entire experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

This was definitely a fun experience . My daughter who is 12 loved it and my grand baby who is 1 don’t want to leave . I wish it was longer time wise . We were done in 1 hr .

There isn't much to do. I will give outcome of picture 100% experience 30%. There isn't much activities for adults and the fun for the kids are not memorable. This was like a forgettable birthday party.

Check to make sure the experience you want is really there. We drove from NJ because the Monet experience was supposed to be there. Thats what was stated online and turns out it was the bubble one. It was OK but it isnt something I would do again. And the people they had working there has no enthusiasm what so ever.

We have not received other reports of guests encountering this issue, but we understand how disappointing it would be to travel expecting one experience and find another. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the staff and will share it with the venue team.
This is worth the price. It’s all about fun but you can also learn about bubble properties. I’ve been twice with kids and both times were great. It’s well managed.
I recommend it. Not least because of the quotes on the walls including Nietzsche.

We were expecting more. Lots of the games did not work and there was only one room with bubbles and there were not a lot of bubbles in it. Not suitable for anyone under 8 in my opinion. If you are taking the train beware, it runs through a not so great part of town. The VR portion was lame as well.

This is more so for little children. Not for teenagers or young adults. It’s basically like a playground for children.

Bubble Planet was a lot of fun for the kids. They were excited for the different scenarios and experiences, especially the Bubble bath pit. If you or kids jave light sensitivity, there are a few areas of strobe lighting and colorful light changes.
Great experience with my family and family from work and we enjoyed every moment we spent together at this awesome place
It was kid friendly very. It reminded me of one of those illusion photo places. Everything was themed around bubbles and my child loved that. They loved getting lost in the sea of balloons, however I didn’t like that part too much. It seems like it’s no one set direction for anyone to travel you can start your journey through in any direction and you don’t have to go with kids. Definitely keep a very close eye on your kids because with the excitement it is easy for a kid to turn a corner and get lost in an instant.
The experience is good but overpriced. Not all features are interactive. It was good for me for one visit.
It was really dirty and more than half of it was just rooms with balloons in it. For 90 bucks we were disappointed. A lot of the exhibits seemed to need maintenance. If it were cheaper it'd probably be worth it but not for the price.

Lots of interactive rooms for the kids they had a great time! Even has virtual reality it was a blast
Had a ball. And going bring my son back soon. It was nice and fun. It's definitely worth coming too.
Very cute with alot of picture opportunities. My 17 year old loved that.
However three of the sections didnt work. The mylar section may have had 25 ballons in it with 3 groups wishing to take pictures .
The climate was also very HOT inside.
This experience was FAR BELOW expectations. The air was not working in some rooms. Some attractions were not working where maintenance and ladders were exposed in the middle of the walk way. There was no cold water in the vending areas. The cotton candy machine was broken. Lastly, at the “Bubble Planet” there was no bubble solution for bubbles in the bubble room. I came from Virginia and this was a horrible experience for me and my family.
