What are people saying about San Francisco

Must do!
The Best!!!! What I thought was going to be a bike ride across the bridge turned out to be so much more. The guide was very knowledgeable and took us to some unique spots. We were first time e-bike users and had a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

Great food tour
We had an amazing time on the Chinatown and Little Italy food tour in San Francisco with our guide, Scott! From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the experience so much fun. Scott shared fascinating stories about the history and culture of both neighborhoods while introducing us to some incredible local food. Every stop was delicious, and his enthusiasm and passion for the city made the tour even more enjoyable.
Scott struck the perfect balance between history, humor, and great food recommendations. We discovered hidden gems we never would have found on our own and left with a greater appreciation for these iconic San Francisco neighborhoods. If you’re visiting the city and looking for a memorable experience, we highly recommend this tour—and if you can, ask for Scott. He made our day unforgettable!

Highly recommend this tour!
Ryan was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and such an overall down-to-earth guy that loves San Francisco. He taught us a lot of things about the nature of the city, the history of the Chinese people that immigrated here, and took us to some of his favorite spots.
I especially enjoyed the tea tasting - Mei was excellent at explaining each type of tea, how to brew it, and what flavor profile and health benefits each tea had.
We got to try so many different and delicious foods! Highly recommend this tour. Thank you Ryan for making my partner’s first time in San Francisco a memorable one.

Ryan was an amazing tour...
Ryan was an amazing tour guide, very knowledgeable about the area and the food choices were perfect. We even went back to a few of the places on the tour afterwards the food was so good. More than a food tour, it was an education on San Francisco, its people and what makes the city and food unique. We would highly recommend the tour to everyone but do it early in your trip so you can go back and enjoy your favorites. A very personalized, unique and delicious tour - great job Ryan!

Mitch made great memories for us!
Mitch is an outstanding tour guide and driver! He provided us an enjoyable experience in Yosemite and is a fantastic cheerleader for reluctant hikers(I actually made it to see Grizzly Giant Sequoia). He provided regular breaks and opportunities to stretch our legs as well as interesting information about the park. It was a great tour. Now, the room at the Lodge was disappointing—the place badly needs a remodel and update! That’s no fault of the tour company—I requested staying there onsite. Others had a choice of staying offsite. The dining room at the lodge was nice and our filet of beef was delicious. Breakfast in the breakfast/lunch facility was like MCDonalds but not as tasty. There’s a Starbucks there as well with basic choices only. So the natural areas of the park are the highlight and plan to be underwhelmed with accommodations except the dining room!

So much fun!
Our tour guide, German guy, forgot his name was amazing. Charming and funny and so knowledgeable about SF history. Very easy going pace and we were able to cover Sausalito, red woods, pics by golden gate, and a drop off at Alcatraz pier. My 10 yr old son loved it.

Thom Is the Bomb
My wife and I go on many ghost tours—not necessarily due to a belief in the paranormal but because it’s usually a great pairing with a more traditional city tour at learning a city’s more complete history. Thom demonstrated a masterclass performance and due diligence at inculcating us all with his dark tales of San Francisco alongside the spirit of renewal and resurgence the city itself lives as a credo. Brilliant orator with a fine set of approaches to all of these stories—this is THE guy to share this local history!

Don’t miss this!
Wow! What a great way to experience the Mission District. Mark was an amazing guide, full of information and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed this itinerary, the history and of course the food. Don’t hesitate to book this if you are looking for a great overview of history, culture and delicious food tastings!

A must do in San Francisco
We had a great experience! We’ve never done this before although have been to San Francisco many times. The boat is just the right size and we had beautiful views the whole trip. Viator always comes through with memorable experiences for us all over the world.

Must do in SF
This was actually super awesome!!! We did 3 hours which is the perfect amount of time. 4 hours might have even been good. Takes you through all the highlights of SF. I would recommend this to anyone coming out. It’s not normal something people look to do but it was very fun.

Move over cable cars—San Francisco is a town best explored on foot. The compact city is 7 square miles (18 square kilometers) of dense neighborhoods, historic alleyways, hilltop viewpoints, and urban green spaces. While San Francisco walking tours are great for experiencing the unique character of city neighborhoods—and even a certain world-renowned bridge—they can venture beyond the beaten trails that bus tours rarely tread. They're also often organized around themes such as architecture, hiking, street art, cuisine, history, and even ghosts.
