This was a very smooth and efficient way to get from our hotel in Rome to the cruise pirt in Civitivecchia. Matt, our driver, provided great communication and was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at our meeting point early, only to find he was already there, waiting for us. We then picked up one more couple and then we were on our way. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. We shared interesting conversation and the ride seemed to go by quickly. This was a very easy and relaxing way to get dropped right at the cruise port. I would definitely recommend this service, and would use it again if I ever cruise out of Civitivecchia in the future. Thank you, Matt!

Excellent Shuttle to Rome

Process was seamless. Our driver (Gregory?) arrived ahead of time at the cruise port with a large passenger van which was spotless. The drive to Rome was pleasant, safe, and he certainly knew how to navigate Roman traffic to get us to the Termini train station on time. He explained some highlights along the way. Highly recommended.

Our guide was fabulous and I don't remember her name... short dark hair very very informative and educational. We took our time and I have been on this tour years ago but the new information and the helpful hints that our guide gave us were just phenomenal. There were only four of us that showed up for the tour so it was extra special to learn and take our time. 1 cup of did not speak English very well but our guide took the time to go back and review many of the places in Spanish for them. I thought that was very professional.

Our driver picked us up right in front of our hotel by the Vatican. Van was spacious and cool. The drive is very beautiful. Our driver was very friendly and pointed out some highlights along the way. Eccellente!!

We were greeted outside the ship by our driver who was holding up our name. So easy to find! We really appreciated the ease of finding him. Very satisfied.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The easy booking through Viator was immediately followed by a confirmation from the local operator (Decus Italia). About an hour before pick-up we were contacted by the driver to confirm he would be there at the scheduled time. We were driven very smoothly from Rome to Civitavecchia in a full size BMW sedan and delivered at the door of the embarkation terminal. All this for 20% less than the Uber quote we got.

Our driver notified me that he was at the airport to pick us up and told me where to find him. He took our suitcases and wheeled them all the way to the car then drove us right to the front door of the apartment we were staying at! It was a great ride and a wonderful driver. Superb Service!

First class! Perfect way to skip the hassle of finding your way in a big airport in a foreign city. There were many drivers awaiting passengers in the limo area, but Alexandru was the only one sharply dressed and with a bold electronic sign with my name (rather than the typical marker on paper sign). Traveling with Dad in Italy
