Our driver was fantastic and really made the experience comfortable for us. Communication was great- we were reached the day before our booking to confirm and also were called the morning of to let us know he was on his way. Dropped us right off at the entrance to the port building. Would definitely book again.

The meeting point was easy to find in central Rome. Our driver greeted us by name upon arrival at the meeting point. The trip to the pot was quick, comfortable and efficient. A highly recommended no-hassle ride to meet your cruise ship.

The driver and the travelers were given two different sets of instructions for pick up. We were told to meet in the plaza in front of the fountain. And then the driver would get out with our name on a sign. That did NOT happen. The driver was told a stop number in front of a pole. He saw us but continued on with his route. We had to contact Viator and have them come back for us. 1.5 hours sitting in the sun waiting.

Professional driver everyone was early so the driver made it possible to leave early. The drive was safe and we were dropped off directly in front of our cruise port. Our driver handle all of our baggage. All we had to do was sit back and relax.

This was a very smooth and efficient way to get from our hotel in Rome to the cruise pirt in Civitivecchia. Matt, our driver, provided great communication and was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at our meeting point early, only to find he was already there, waiting for us. We then picked up one more couple and then we were on our way. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. We shared interesting conversation and the ride seemed to go by quickly. This was a very easy and relaxing way to get dropped right at the cruise port. I would definitely recommend this service, and would use it again if I ever cruise out of Civitivecchia in the future. Thank you, Matt!

I booked the Shared Shuttle Transfer from Rome to Civitavecchia Port, and my driver Matteo was fantastic. Traffic in Rome that day was absolutely terrible, and I was worried I’d be late for pickup. Fortunately, Matteo called to let me know he was on his way, which really put me at ease.
Despite the heavy traffic, he arrived promptly and navigated the roads with impressive efficiency. The ride was actually shorter than the estimated 1 hour and 25 minutes—which was a pleasant surprise! I appreciate that the company overestimates travel time, so you never feel rushed.
There were five of us in the van, and it felt comfortable and uncrowded. Matteo dropped us off right by the entrance to the customs checkpoint inside the port terminal, making the whole experience incredibly convenient. Overall, an excellent experience!

Highly recommend this transfer service. I had a 2:30 pm check in time for my cruise, and was given a 12:05 pm meeting time for my shuttle transfer. My driver (Vlad) arrived at 11:55 am for my pick up. He was very polite and professional. In comparison to other transfer options, this was the most affordable. I would definitely use them again.

Ricardo was very accommodating. Protests were planned and he came early to get us out of the city center. Then he drove to a few sites to let us take in the views. After a refreshment stop we were off to the port.

There was a strike for transportation on the day of this pickup which was well televised ahead of time. My driver was over and hour and a half late picking me up. Knowing this in advance they should have been prepared and left with enough time to make pick ups on time. I was thankful that they showed up, but it was a very stressful process.
