The driver was great! He was very entertaining and thorough with luggage and all. The actual shuttle vehicle was smaller than the picture so not as comfortable as expected.

The timetable is very important. When they say arrive at your pick up point 15 minutes early, do it. They may be running ahead of schedule.

The pick up point was a bit obscure, outside a pizza shop. When we messaged the provider to confirm we were in the right spot they were quick to reply which was excellent. driver attended early and the drive to cruise port was seamless. Great service recommend

Shuttle had good AC and was clean. Price was reasonable compared to a private transfer. Overall this was fine but the meeting place was the most confusing part. We shared a shuttle with 3 couples (8 people total). 3 of the 4 couples struggled to find the driver because the meeting place address was a busy, large city center point with 4 intersections and lots of traffic. I would have liked more descriptive instructions like “next to wine store”.

For this specific service, a minimum number of participants is required for it to operate. This is clearly stated in the service description and on the tour product page, and it’s also written on the voucher. (If you have 5 minutes to read the voucher, you’ll find that note there—no “hidden surprises,” we promise.)
If the minimum number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the service, and we always notify guests at least 15 days in advance. On the other hand, guests can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the service with no charge applied.
We believe this is a fair and transparent policy for everyone, and we always do our best to communicate it clearly. That said, we’re sorry this impacted your plan.Had you read the service description i am sure you would not be disappointed with us .I think the title shuld be Read the service description before booking .

very reliable. we were right on time but our driver called us and made sure to meet us exactly where we were standing. I would definitely recommend as we were dropped off right in front of our cruise ship.

Vlad was an excellent driver who was early for the pick up, the vehicle was well maintained and clean, air-conditioning worked incredibly well with 8 people in the vehicle. Arrived in Civitavecchia cruise port in a safe and timely fashion and each person was dropped off at their respective cruise ships. Would highly recommend this as a means to get to the cruise port from Rome instead of the train which would only stop at the train station and leave you finding a way to get to the port from there.

From booking to company check-in the actual pick up it was so smooth. We got on at the last meeting point which was easy to find if you’re staying near the Vatican. Our driver was prompt, very friendly and an excellent driver. Would highly recommend this service!

Super expensive, but super convenient. Since we had 8, the driver met us at our AirBnB. He was even early. Dropped us off right at the ship.

It was such a smooth experience as the driver texted us about 15 min before our meeting time. We arrived at the meeting place and he loaded our bags. One group was already on the shuttle and we had one more family to add. The drive was very nice and the driver was great. I would definitely suggest this company.

I had cancelled my original booking because it had the wrong date. It was corrected however the tickets were never updated. As a result, I could not get on the bus as they reflected the wrong date. My family and I were at the bus station without transportation. The company we were to ride with had no additional buses running. We had to book last minute with another company.

There wasn't a whole lot to review here, but I'll share what I wish I knew or what I felt was a little misleading. Overall, the transfer was fine. We had to walk maybe 1/4 mile from our airbnb to the pickup location, but we knew this and could've taken a cab if we wanted. but make sure you know that hauling luggage through the streets of rome is a real pill with the cobblestones and everything! The driver showed up on time as expected. The picture made it seem like we'd be in a shuttle bus, but it was really about a 10-seater sprinter-type van. The van itself was fine, air conditioned, comfortable, etc. The drive from Rome to the port was about an hour and a half and not a ton to look at along the way.
At least when we went, the taxis all had signage on teh side that rome to civitavecchia for 150 euros. More than we spent but in retrospect, might've been slightly easier than dealing with having to get to and find the pickup point.

Our driver was running a little late and he called on WhatsApp to keep us updated. It was so nice and thoughtful of him especially since we had already started to panic that we weren’t in the right place. Easy ride and drop off right at our cruise ship so we didn’t have to worry about figuring out the port. Highly recommend!

Our driver was very punctual and helpful with our luggage. There were 7 in our party. We did make a stop to pick up another passenger but, we arrived on time. We enjoyed hearing about his plans to visit USA later this year.
