Mia Limo is an exceptionally good service provider. Matteo is a superior driver. His communication was consistent and excellent. He met us right in baggage claim as we arrived and was easy to find. He got us to Rome and provided lots of helpful information along the way. The car was clean, comfortable and beautiful. I would definitely use this company and service again and hopefully have Matteo as our driver!

The arrangements were easy. The ride into Rome was comfortable and the driver took an efficient route. He was not waiting in the area where everyone pours into to meet their rides. He called me and said his car was elsewhere. He made it to us around 15 minutes later and the three of us walked around 10 minutes to his car.

Unfortunately, on very busy days, delays from a previous flight or from passengers taking longer than expected to exit can sometimes affect the following pickup. We always do our best to keep our guests informed, and fortunately your driver was able to meet you only a few minutes after you came out of baggage claim.
Regarding the walk to the vehicle, this unfortunately depends on Fiumicino Airport regulations and the location of the authorized parking areas available to private drivers, which are not directly outside the arrivals hall.

I could not be more pleased with the service provided by this company! Our flight was delayed and we missed a connecting flight. I spoke with the company on the phone to alert them of this change and they were fantastic about coordinating with me to adjust the reservation to accommodate the new time, even on SUCH short notice! Our driver was punctual, very personable and kind, and the car was very clean! He even gave us some restaurant recommendations around our hotel!

Nino waited three hours for us to start our delayed flights and delayed baggage. He texted us, kept in communication. Nino helped us with our bags and was very professional and efficient. We appreciate our expedited arrival to our hotel at 1 AM when our flight was supposed to arrive at 10pm.

This was one of the best transfers I have had from the Rome Airport. The driver (Matteo) provided great instructions on how to find him after baggage claim and he was waiting for. He helped move all of our bags to the reserved van and off we went to our hotel. I am looking forward to booking this service again.

First time traveling to Rome. Prior to travel, vendor messaged several times through app with instructions getting around airport. Day of arrival again messaged where his driver would specifically be at once we cleared customs and gathered luggage. Used again with follow-up transportation later in our trip. Best Service Ever!! Exceptional quick service, highly recommended. Marcello is super courteous, waited patiently when we landed. It took nearly 40 mins after arrival to transfer from the arrival gates to get thru the customs/EES line. Gathered our luggage and followed directions to meet outside the baggage claim exit, walk towards Limo Service. Marcello waited with our name sign, so friendly and kind, he greeted us. He took care of our luggage and we were on our way! He brought us directly to our hotel entrance safely and swiftly. Appreciate the fine hospitality that was served to us. Highly recommended. This worked out beautifully for a stress free ride from airport to our hotel in Rome. Marcello was so professional and met us in a timely fashion.
