Notified that pickup was moved up 15 minutes but driver arrived 30 minutes earlier! Caused a bit of panic. However, vehicle was clean and driver was good.

Regarding our driver picking you up earlier than the scheduled pickup time, we would like to inform you that this can happen. Rome is a city on the verge of collapse due to traffic, including sudden road closures and the many events organized in this city of art, so getting to our clients on time is extremely difficult. Whenever possible, we pick up our guests earlier (always respecting our terms and conditions, i.e., 30 minutes) than the scheduled pickup time. We do this to ensure all passengers are picked up on time without delays. Kind regards

Super smooth and a great. They picked us up on time, loaded the luggage and were super quick getting us to the cruise port! With every penny. Especially with it as there was a taxi strike that morning! There were six of us in our party and we all rate this trip 5 out of 5!

The vehicle was clean and the driver was courteous. We asked for a pickup at our hotel and they arranged to pick up as close to our hotel as possible which was about 400 ft. They were early to the pickup but so were we so it was all fine.

The Driver picked us up earlier than the arranged time which was wonderful. We didn’t have to wait at all. He helped load our heavy bags. Then went to pick up the other two couples who shared the ride with us. He was very focused on the road and got us to the port safely. He was able to answer all 10,000 of my questions joyfully. Hehehehe! We arrived in plenty of time to make it through customs snd enjoy lunch on the ship. I recommend Antonio.
