Arrive in Rome with our exclusive private transfers. Upon your disembarkation in the morning around 8.00/9.00, our English speaking Driver will be waiting for you directly under your cruise ship with the welcome sign. Our licensed and accredited driver to enter the port will wait for you with a comfortable Mercedes (sedan or minivan) and will take you to your destination in Rome (Hotel, private apartment, B&B, train station or airport). The transfer is always private and only for you. You won't have to walk or take care of your luggage, we'll take care of it. We can arrive in front of your hotel and recommend being ready 15 minutes in advance with your luggage. We will take care of everything, while customers can sit inside our vehicle with air conditioning, wi-fi and fresh water. The pick up time requested by you CANNOT BE CHANGED 24 hours before the service. A delay of more than 15 minutes of the requested time will be considered NO SHOW.

Excellent experience! Driver communicated with me before pick up and was there waiting as we disembarked from our cruise ship. Spacious and clean Mercedes sprinter van. Drive from the cruise Port to the Rome airport was seamless!

Lovely smelling and mint condition vehicle. When we notified company we were ready to pick up prior to original pick-up time. Took us less than 1/2 hour to get to airport.

We were ready early and he was there, we got there quickly. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. About 1 hour from port to airport. Water was available. Driver seemed to be a bit drowsy, so we chatted with him a bit.

At the last minute (after the 24 hour cancellation period had elapsed), we were advised that we had to pay for a third vehicle, in cash, directly to the driver. We were told that the amount of luggage was too much. We had given detailed information on our luggage prior. ALSO, we then ascertained that in fact we were within the parameters of the “new luggage requirements that we were being told of at the last minute, yet somehow even after sharing this information we were still required to pay for the third vehicle - 220 euros in cash. It was clearly a shake down. They knew we couldn’t cancel at that point without penalty. It was an extremely unpleasant experience.

Dear Julian, we've been processing your reservation for days, asking for the ship name you didn't provide, changing the pickup time several times, changing the destination address, and making numerous phone calls and texts day and night. But our priority is safe travel for our customers. YOU CANNOT TRAVEL WITH YOUR LUGGAGE ON YOUR LEGS, AS YOU REQUESTED, with children on board. I say this as an agency manager and as a parent. 13 people with 39 bags declared the day before (which was highly inappropriate after our numerous communications and my requests to know your number of bags). It was lucky for you to have a third van without any additional profit from me or Viator per €220 for a new Mercedes van at the last minute. I would have expected a thank you from you. Great transfer! The company arranged for a bigger vehicle for us since we had more luggage than anticipated when we booked the transfer. They were super helpful!! The vehicle was really nice and clean. Air conditioning was great since we arrived during the heat wave. I would highly recommend this transfer!

This worked great. The van was air conditioned, clean, comfortable and comfortably accommodated us and our luggage, which was a substantial amount for a long trip.
We were off the ship more than an hour ahead of the scheduled pickup time fully prepared to wait. When I let the operator know, they switched us to driver that was already there instead of having us wait. Excellent service.

Poor communication. Changed my pick up time to 8:00 am originally sr at 9:30 am. Fortunately, by happen stance we were able to get off the ship at 8:15 am and driver told me I was late and was rude about it. The dispatcher and the driver need to improve their communication skills.

Our company's strength is communication; just check the other reviews. The problem is travel agents who first ask us for schedule changes and then don't notify their customers. I hope things go better next time. He called us to change pick-up for 8.00am but he never notified to you
If you check voucher and time pick-up is 8.00am..no 9.30am , so we respect your reservation and you was in time to your hotel

Overall, a great experience. The driver was early and responsive. He got us to the airport safely. The trip was easy to book and the app platform made it easy to retrieve the ticket with no internet on the cruise ship.

Did his best to get us to Rome in a timely manner-there was traffic when we got to city center.
Car was clean and comfortable, our driver did drive quickly-which was appreciated however it was speedy 🏁

Car driver came early to pick us up at the port which was great because we were able to disembark early. Car was comfortable and clean. The ride to the airport was quicker than we thought so we got there with plenty of time to catch our flight. It was a very good experience.
