Damiano was Excellent! He was waiting for us and it was great to not have to worry about transportation after a long flight. He helped us to the car and it was a quick trip to our daughter’s home. He was very pleasant and friendly. We will definitely use your car service again.

My flight was delayed due to no reason of my own. I notified them and asked if they could pick me up at the new time the flight was rescheduled for and they told me no. They still charged me and offered to get me from the airport at the new time for a so called discounted price.

Dear Eric, as you informed us you missed your connecting flight, unfortunately you only informed us after the originally had already landed in Rome, and the driver was already in position at Fiumicino Airport.
Although the delay was beyond our control, we made every effort to accommodate your needs, despite it being the peak season. We rescheduled the transfer and charged you only approximately 50% of the original transfer fare for the new service as a gesture of goodwill.

Our flight arrived early, and they quickly made adjustments to ensure a driver was ready for us to be picked up. The driver helped with our bags and offered us water.

Quite convenient & the driver was very helpful with the large luggage. The only issue was when the driver first saw my partner approaching him, the driver shook his head, ‘No’. My partner pointed out the sign the driver was holding & still he said “No”. It took a couple of texts for him to realize his mistake. He was very curteous afterwards, but why make such an assumption at first?

Driver was 1.5 hrs late and we sat in the back of a van sweating. The van air conditioner did not work and it was 90 degrees outside. In retrospect, we could have taken the train and arrived at our hotel in Rome quicker and much less cost with air conditioning. I will say we have been loyal to Viator with all of our Transfers and numerous excursions in the past, but this one was a failure on their part.

Driver Andrea was great no concerns with him at all. However we were confirmed via email with another driver - no one was at the pick up area. Called the driver’s number we were provided and he said he was not our driver. Had to make more than one long distance call to get someone to solve the problem and send another driver. After a long wait in customs we waited for an additional 45 minutes for the pre-booked, pre-confirmed ride.

Our driver was very patient. We landed a little early but getting through border control took over an hr. Then we got confused as to where to meet him. But we communicted with the driver the entire time. Once we met him there was no attitude or bad energy. He was very polite and professional.
