This is the only way to travel to the Port as far as I am concerned! If you like to hit the "easy" button on disembarkation day, than you MUST ask for Antonio!! He knew how to avoid the streets being shutdown for the big marathon allowing us to reach the Port very timely. He answered questions along the way making the trip super enjoyable. We would definitely book with Viator again!!

Our driver picked us up right in front of our hotel by the Vatican. Van was spacious and cool. The drive is very beautiful. Our driver was very friendly and pointed out some highlights along the way. Dropped us off right in front of the cruise terminal. Helped us load and unload our luggage and even made sure during pickup and drop off we had all of our items including phones and passports!

Our driver was early. Black Mercedes van was clean and ready to go. Door-to-door service from our hotel in Rome to the port. This transfer was well worth the price as we were swiftly and efficiently moved directly to the terminal.

This was for a private driver that I requested for an 11 am pickup. Company changed it to a 9 am pickup unbeknownst to me and driver would not wait. I find times of pickup very hard to find. Should be more prominent in all areas. Why would a private driver dictate my pickup time?

You requested an 9 am pick up (we have your emails and your special request in the booking) we sent the driver at the agreed time , at 9,25 am you told him after 3 calls from the receptionist and 2 emails that you needed the transfer for later ... we released the driver because clearly he couldn't wait other 2 hours for you...
Please try to be honest and tell the truth.

Nice private van, lots of room and an amazing driver. It is about an hour and a half from our Rome hotel to the cruise terminal. Our driver let us know about most of the things we were passing. Like a private tour. He was very nice and helpful.

Our driver Eduardo (hopefully I spelled his name correctly) arrived at the hotel early, which was great, as we were ready to go. He was very polite and professional, and I felt very safe riding with him to the cruise port. He had been advised by a coworker that there was a traffic backup near the cruise ship, and he knew of a shortcut to get us there without having to wait in a long traffic line. He was excellent, and a terrific member of your staff. I would highly recommend to others to use Viator services including transportation. In fact, I told my sister to use Viator if she travels in the future.

The company never allowed me to pick my time, I’ve looked back at all my emails. When I asked them what time they were picking up, they said a time that did not work with my flight. They were VERY not accommodating and we had to scramble to find a new way to get to our flight.

Today 22 of august you said that the time wasn't right for you.... Being fully booked on the 24 of august we offered you few alternatives that didn't work for you and you decide to cancel for free...
