Nikko was a wonderful driver. Polite. Helpful. Friendly. He communicated well via text to inform us of his airport whereabouts. He pushed our luggage cart to the car and loaded bags neatly in the trunk. The car was clean and comfortable. He provided us with badly needed bottles of water, without us having to ask. Attentive on the road. Pointed out historic sites as we entered Rome. Definitely recommend the service.

Not a good Viator experience.
My flight supposed to land st 8:00am. Not knowing the immigration process I asked the driver to pick up at 9:00. He said he will be there and would wait for 1.25 hour from the time the plane lands. Based on that input, we assumed he knows the plane landing time since we provided the flight information. Therefore he would be there after the plane landed. We were out by 8:25am, since the driver was not there, we waited. We waited until 9:20 after multiple texts to him without any response we decided to leave. When we were walking out to the exit, we saw our name plate. He just arrived there, I have been pacing the area back and forth for almost a hour and had not seen him. He arrived later than my original requested time of 9:00am. As we waked out to where his car parked, he did not helped with our luggages just kept walking ahead of us. He texted on his phone through out the ride to the hotel. It was an experience so different from the previous day when I also booked a Viator driver. We paid $95 for the ride to the hotel, when the driver did not showed we checked for uber and the uber ride to the hotel at that time was $71. We would have been better off taking the uber.

As you were required to specify, you requested a pick-up at 9:00 even though your flight landed at 8:00. So, as per your instructions, the driver came to pick you up at 9:00 and would have waited if you were not there. The service was carried out regularly according to your requests, so I find this review useless and incorrect.

We ended up on a different flight than originally planned - our driver had already left to pick us up and our new flight was several hours later. While the problem was on my end (I had forgotten to change the time on our booking), the driver was still willing to wait and take us to our hotel (there was an additional but reduced charge which we found very reasonable since the fault was mine). The driver was friendly and assisted with bags and with finding us (it’s a crowded scene in the lions area). Would happily use again.

The only negative was that we had a long walk pulling our luggage from baggage claim to the parking garage. It may have been because we were unable to communicate with our driver at the airport re time and pickup point. But everything else was great! Nice to see you name on a placard waiting for you!

I tried to reach the transportation company, Limoandgo, by phone from the reservation and also by email through Viator. My calls to the phone all ended with “your call cannot be connected”and were dropped. I never got an email response. Viator did email me asking if I received a response. I replied “no” and never heard anything more. The reason I was desperately trying to reach the transportation company is that due the flight cancellations we were to arrive in Rome a day early and wanted to be picked up. Since we could not reach the company we ended up paying again for transportation. Not happy about this at all. Lack of communication from the transport company should not be my problem.

Nicko was a great and friendly driver. Easy to talk to and fluent in English. He loaded and unloaded our luggage then took us from the airport to our hotel in crazy traffic, and was a very calm and smooth driver. Car was modern and clean BMW . We were offfered bottled water for our journey as well. Would hire again.

This service was unreliable and unresponsive when contacted. I was left stranded at the airport and had to wait in line for a taxi to get to my hotel.
Viator agent tried to assist but could not get a hold of the car service.

Called to cancel and messaged operator due to airplane delay that we wouldn’t make our meeting. I never heard back from anyone. So I messaged customer service through the Viator App and they told me they couldn’t get ahold of anyone either. This charge should have been refunded due to no fault of ours.

The driver never showed up. The company canceled the pick up. The company never answered their phone while we were looking for the driver. The driver called us 6 hours after our pickup time to ask where we were. We told him that we had to get a taxi 6 hours earlier and that e were already at our hotel. Next time..... taxi.... it was $55... unlike this viator service that was going to be $90. At least we saved some money....

We booked this but the driver did not show. We tried calling and none of the numbers worked. Then an hour after we got to our hotel the driver called. Things happen but this was not a good experience.
