Nikko was a wonderful driver. Polite. Helpful. Friendly. He communicated well via text to inform us of his airport whereabouts. He pushed our luggage cart to the car and loaded bags neatly in the trunk. The car was clean and comfortable. He provided us with badly needed bottles of water, without us having to ask. Attentive on the road. Pointed out historic sites as we entered Rome. Definitely recommend the service.

Always a great experience with viator driver was excellent and it was the marathon in Rome all streets closed near our hotel but he found away excellent!
The driver did not show up. I called the number listed in Viator three times and left voicemails. I also messaged the operator two days prior to my arrival with flight details for pick up. I attempted to message the operator in the Viator app and still did not get a response. I recommend not using this service.
On time. At airport with a digital sign with your name on it…easy to find right outside of retrieving your luggage. Limited English. Beautiful clean car…Mercedes
Driver very pleasant with clean car. Unfortunately, we arrived during the Rome marathon with several road closures. So we had extra delay.
Make sure they understand what 4 suit cases and 2 carryon mean. When you try to fit this in a Mercedes sedan , it doesn't work.
Also had to wait 10 minutes for the driver, our name was there on the sign but he was no where around. Had fit all of this in a car. It ended with a suitcase in the front seat. How would you rate this!
They did not show up at the Rome airport for our transfer and left us stranded. Ended up having to pay double to get to our hotel. Tried calling and texting and no response. Not the way to start our dream European vacation
No one reached out to confirm booking. Tried getting in contact with company multiple times through viator. Viator claims they need to have a 72 hour wait but my transportation was in less than a day and they said we’d requested a refund but the company has to reply. Really hesitant to book through viator again
Pick up from airport was super easy. Driver was waiting with a tablet with our name and it was super easy to read…in the designated area. It was our first time arriving in Rome so we did not know where the baggage area was nor where the driver would be. He was where “limo service” was located, even though it was listed as pick up would be at the airport.
I had accidentally made reservations to Rome rather than the port and Viator caught my mistake. I was able to use Apple Pay to pay the difference which was great because I did not have enough Euros on hand.

Leonardo was excellent. He drove us from FCO to our hotel near the Vatican. It was raining and he escorted us with his umbrella to the hotel lobby before bringing our luggage in.
Flight was early but our driver was waiting and easy to locate. Ride was pleasant and delivered us directly to place we were staying.
Excellent transfer service! The driver was professional, courteous, and very helpful. He provided clear instructions on exactly where to meet him, which made things so much easier in a very busy airport. He was waiting for us when we arrived, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
It was terrible, we were left at the airport, driver stopped responding to my request from phone # 393465390718 to please help us, as we are in a "foreign land" and don't know what to do. I'm requesting a full refund and an apology!

It was great, the young lady did a wonderful job! And she gave enough time to take pictures also. Very informative and she was extremely detailed. Also, given that there was so much traffic she was very careful.

The driver had my name clearly marked on a placard and was easy to find. We walk to the the car and he had us at the hotel in 30 minutes. Very professional!
Horrible experience, our transport made us walk about 20 minutes with our luggage. Complained about the amount of luggage we had. We were stuffed into a vehicle with some of our luggage on our laps.

The driver took you to the authorized parking lot plus 1 minute away nearby I remind you that 1 large and 1 small luggage per person is allowed if you have brought more luggage with you the driver has done you a favor to continue the journey I find your comment not very useful and discriminatory
The driver did not show up to pick us up for our ride. We had to find other transportation to our hotel from the airport. He called us when our plane landed, but I told him that we had not yet picked up our baggage. When I tried to call him back when we picked up our baggage, he did not answer our phone call and he was not there holding a sign to pick us up. We are very disappointed and want a refund.
Driver never showed up. Company never answered calls and text. After over 2 hours of trying to get in contact with them, ended up taking a taxi. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
Great way to get from the airport to the hotel. Our driver contacted me to let me know where he was waiting. After getting our bags we easily found him holding a sign with our name on it.
Driver never arrived at airport. Never answered phone calls. Service was a disgrace. We ended up taking an uber.
The pickup area at FCO is a little chaotic but our driver Alex made finding him a breeze! The ride to the hotel was smooth and comfortable.
Great communication. Instructions were clear and the driver was pleasant. No issues at all, and will book again because of this experience.
