It got me to Termini. The wait was longer than expected but honestly the line moved fairly quickly. If you’re in a hurry this probably isn’t going to be what you want. But if you don’t the wait it was a comfortable way to get from the airport.

I found the airport transfer to the Vatican City fantastic. We had repurchased our tickets (you can also purchase them at the airport). We followed the bus signs and located Terravision Bus waiting in bus bay 18. We were greeted by a friendly staff member who scanned our tickets and the bus driver helped to load our bags into the under his storage. The buses were clean, comfortable and air conditioned.

though I had a ticket on my phone, and one of the attendants saw it, as I moved to the bus I lost the internet and the woman scanning the tickets made me stand and wait in 100 degree weather and would not let me on the bus until she finally figured I could use wifi from the bus. She was mean and fully intended to not let me on the bus if I couldn't show the code for her to scan.

There is no proper signage to indicate how to get from Baggage claim in terminal 1 to Terminal 3. You must completely exit the building the walk to your right. There is easy signage after that.

my flight got canceled so I didn’t arrive until the next day. So they said my tickets is invalid and I had to repurchase for a higher prices. Though, I emailed them and told them I would not make it. I had no response. Very disappointing.

It was wonderful, stress free. We took the bus back to the airport as well. It was a little crazy not knowing where to catch the bus.

This service was reliable (on-time) and cost-friendly. However, as previous customers mentioned, the staff lacked customer service, any level of enthusiasm for their jobs, and seemed like they were going through the motions even just at mid-day. Would explore other companies that offer same service in the future.
Also, the two drop-off location options weren't communicated super clearly - near Vatican vs Rome Termini. As such, I didnt have much time to research which was closer to my hotel. Thankfully got off at Vatican last-minute, and the driver was extremely annoyed that I needed to grab my luggage - honestly think he would have driven away without me gathering it if I hadn't apologized and begged. Likely won't use yhis company again unless absolutely needed.

I got to the terminal and they said my tickets were for yesterday, but it clearly says today on my app. I had to buy tickets again. This is BS. Now I paid twice for one bus ride. Will not use Viator for this again.

Super easy and glad I chose to ride the bus instead of train to go central Rome. No need to worry about pick pockets and my luggage is in the safe storage bottom of the bus.
My plain arrived Terminal 1 then rolled my suitcase to terminal 3 was easy walk. There are transportation information at the baggage pick up at the terminal where to ride a bus. I highly recommend to get a tickets in advance online for smooth transportation. Viator will send you all the information in advance.

The meeting point the Viator app map shows is not correct. The actual ticket with the QR code shows the right pick up spot from FCO, near the other buses. WiFi on board was good. Nice start to Rome, kind of like a mini tour.

Convenient way to get from Airport to Termini. Chairs in bus mostly no longer in upright position and makes ride a bit uncomfortable. It was however good to get your first look at your surroundings.

There should be a display on the bus to show which stop you are at so you don’t get off at the wrong stop

Great experience! bus runs frequently (15-20 minutes). Nice, clean and comfortable bus with plenty of room. Ticket booth and line assistants were very helpful. The trip only took about 45 minutes.

It is not the operator's fault but the airport doe not number the columns until about 30 meters outside the exit. If you just take a right and keep walking you will find the numbered columns. They are now located at # 18. Nice service. Less crowded and less hassle dealing with luggage than the train. Solid value

It was difficult to locate the bus bay. The instructions on the message were not clear enough. We arrived at the airport past midnight. There were no one to guide us to de bus bay. A friendly italian who was picking up his wife on its own car was kind to help us reach the bus bay. We almost lost the transport.
The crew was not friendly, we asked the bus driver if he new how cot et a transport downtown to our hotel and he was rude in his answer telling us he didn't know.

It was difficult and confusing to find the place to get the bus. I eventually took a taxi. There was no signage a the entrance to terminal 3.
