The transfer from Rome International Airport to our Rome hotel was perfect from beginning to end. Our driver was exactly where the meeting point was and very well presented. The car was immaculate and comfortable and had no issue fitting our two suitcases and two carryon bags in the boot. The trip in was seamless. I highly recommend this company.

He was not very helpful or talkative in any way. I would not recommend this driver to anyone. The company may be good - just get a friendlier driver
Response from Host, Sep 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the interaction with your driver did not meet your expectations. We would just like to clarify that, as part of our company policy, our drivers generally avoid initiating unnecessary conversations with passengers. Many of our clients are arriving after a long flight or travelling for several hours and may prefer to relax, rest, or simply enjoy a quiet transfer. We therefore try to respect their privacy and personal space rather than risk being intrusive or disturbing. Of course, if a passenger wishes to talk or interact with the driver, our drivers are always happy to engage in conversation and assist with any questions or requests. In this case, it seems there may simply have been a misunderstanding regarding your preference. We are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Purchased a transfer from Rome airport traveling with 2 family members. Driver showed up with a small sedan. Said I needed to make a special request??? Why did I take the time to register my guests. One word Uber! Complete joke
Response from Host, Aug 2025
We are very surprised by this review, as the facts do not reflect the actual service. Our driver arrived on time with a Mercedes sedan, exactly as booked. A Mercedes sedan is by no means a “small car” — it is a premium vehicle used worldwide for standard transfers. There are no “small” or “large” sedans in this category, and if there were, a Mercedes sedan would certainly be among the larger ones.
The real issue was luggage: the booking was for 3 passengers, and as clearly stated on Viator, the allowance is 1 suitcase per passenger. You arrived with 5 large suitcases, which exceeded the vehicle’s capacity. Despite this, our driver did his best to try and accommodate you, but it was simply not possible to load so many oversized bags into the booked vehicle.
To avoid such problems, larger vehicles (minivan, van, etc.) are available and can be booked in advance when traveling with extra luggage. The service we provided was exactly as described on Viator, and therefore your comments about needing to “make a special request” are misleading. We always aim to deliver professional, reliable service, but passengers also need to respect the booking terms regarding luggage.
Met us at the airport as promised. Great drive. Our driver did a great job pointing out highlights along the way.

Totally worth it if you’re arriving with family. Vans have plenty of room for luggage and it was 6 of us. Super easy and avoids all the hassle of finding an uber or taxi.
