Driver was on time and helpful with loading our luggage. However, the entire drive from the port to the airport, our driver was checking his phone messages. Looking down the entire trip. Not very safe and this should be communicated to this driver.

We were taking a train from Florence to Rome and had our transport scheduled to get us from Rome this the cruise port to get to our ship in time for our cruise. The train was significantly delayed and we got moved to a different train than scheduled. Our transport service was very flexible in handling the change to our schedule and gave clear and easy instructions on no where to meet our driver at the train station. Our driver, Niki, was there to waiting for us and did an awesome job navigating a lot of traffic and dropping us off right at the door of the cruise line. I would highly recommend using this service for any of your transportation needs in or out of Rome!

Guiseppe was very friendly and was right on time. He went above and beyond trying to get us to our excursion after we got stuck in traffic. (That tour operator left without us anyway, but that’s another review.) I would highly recommend this company and driver for your transfer needs.
