If you fail to message or whatsapp the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

Edoardo was terrific. Could not have asked for better communication or better signage when coming out after picking up our luggage. So Polite, the car was very clean. Our flight was delayed. We picked up our luggage and our driver was waiting for us. So thankful. We purchased a one hour sightseeing tour. Great decision. Got to see the highlights.
The driver was top notch, very professional. He was pleasant and easy to chat with. My only complaint is with the company. The photo showed a van when we booked but we were sent a car. We travel with extra luggage and the van would have fit our needs better.

You booked a 2 passengers transfer and 2 passengers transfer is a car transfer...
Also there are luggages restrictions in place like for all transportation company clearly stated in your paperwork.

Allli was prompt. He met us in Limo area. He helped us with our bags. He provided lively conversation during the drive.
Great experience from start to finish! We were given great directions on how to find our driver beforehand. This was very helpful considering how busy the airport was. Our driver was very polite and the van was incredibly clean. I would use this service again in the future and would recommend it to anyone!

Very professional and friendly. Arrived at the airport before us and messaged us through WhatsApp with pictures to tell us exactly where to meet him in the airport. He had a sign with our name so he was very easy to identify among all of the other drivers. Our driver was also more than happy to assist our older family members with carrying their luggages to the vehicle.
Eduardo is a wonderful and experienced driver. The streets of Rome are very congested and Eduardo navigated through like a professional! Car was an Audi and very comfortable and clean. We were able to fit two very large suitcases ( the overweight kind) and two large carry-ons. Eduardo provided us with water and snacks if we wanted any.
Everything went very smoothly! The nice man was waiting with a sign that had our name on it just outside of baggage claim. Took us right to the hotel and took our bags inside for us. It was so nice after a 14 hour travel day!
Great experience! My driver sent me a message as soon as I landed & we communicated through every step of the way from deplaning to pick up point. There was a lot of traffic (traffic jam), but he knew the city well & was able to go around it. Got us to our hotel safely.

Our driver was very pleasant. We opted in for the 1 hour tour on the way to our hotel in Rome and he was very knowledgeable. Stopped for picture spots and gave us great information. Even stopped at a coffee shop so we could try some Italian coffee ! Got us to our hotel safe, we don’t know how he navigated those narrow Rome streets and made it look easy, but he did. Would definitely recommend this booking.
It is not a curbside or easy access service. We had to walk a good ways and wait while the driver went to get his vehicle from the parking deck.

Thanks for your review, but the Uber black MUST respect the same our rules so no curbside pick up....
there is no curbside pick up for any passengers because of the airport rules and ALL operators must stick to the rules
While the actual driver was great the customer service representative Gian Paola was incredibly rude! Very disrespectful, angeimen, and was not helpful at all! He needs training in professionalism asap if he is to continue working for the company.

Easy to find driver. Holding sign right outside baggage claim. Vehicle was larger than expected. Driver was very helpful with luggage. Also called ahead to hotel to have someone meet us since vehicles were not allowed on street in front of hotel. Great experience.

We had such a great experience using this private transfer from the airport to our hotel. Maurizzio was so professional and extremely nice! Our flight got delayed for about 30 minutes and the passport control was super long. Maurizzio waited for us and stayed communicated throughout the whole time until we were able to come out. Our transfer driver was 30 mins late. When I called the office to what was happening the man on the other end was very rude and short. He made it seem that it was my fault the driver was late.
I would not recommend Viator for a rome transfer. I’ve had no problems any in other country.

After a flight cancellation - 24 hour delay - very accommodating and right there when we walked out! Pointed out sights - all nice and clean.
