It was nice having someone waiting on us when we landed. Didn't have to go through the hassle of catching taxi after long travel day. Driver was amazing. Texted us soon as we landed. At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival
in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to message or whatsapp the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to message or whatsapp the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

Our airport pickup in Rome was excellent! The driver was waiting for us right on time with a placard, which made things very easy. He helped with our luggage and the vehicle—a spacious van—was clean and comfortable. What really stood out was how friendly he was, pointing out sights along the way and giving us a warm introduction to the city. A smooth and pleasant start to our trip!

The driver (don’t recall the name) was punctual. We did have an issue with the meet place (not exactly as described); however with some help from another limo driver we connected. Our driver was great, provings tons of information bout Rome, the sites along the way to our hotel, etc. Truly a pleasure after traveling through the night from the US. We highly recommend this limo service.

We had to walk, with our baggage, across 2 streets to a parking garage area. I expected pick up at the door. If I’d have known this in advance, I would have chosen a completely different mode of transfer. The driver was not personable at all and offered no explanation on some of the sites we were commenting on

thanks for your review... unfortunately all passengers have to walk ... these are the airport rules!!!! No one can be picked up at the door unless is the US president or some person that require to be escorted by the police!!! Receiving a review like yours only for respecting the rules is really unfair and probably you dont think the negative impact of this on our business... sorry but this review dont help us in doing better this only try to put us down...

Airport to Rome hotel

Our driver text me about 10 minutes after we landed and told us where he would be. After clearing customs and getting our luggage we Went to “limo door 1” where we easily found him with our name on a sign. He helped with our suit cases. It was a decent walk from “limo door 1” to where he was parked. About 5 minute walk. Driver was friendly. Drove responsible. Couldn’t drop us off right in front of our hotel. But parked as close as he could and helped us with our bags to the hotel for the last 1/2 block. I would use again.

Our flight was delayed and arrived later than expected but the driver waited and we were able to go our way. I brought my 2 disabled parents and again the process took longer as we had to wait for wheelchair assistance. I communicated this via email to the person listed on the experience. They were able to accomodate to wait longer but with an extra fee. Good thing we were able to be on time and met the driver before they charge us extra. Communication is key. Email the person listed on the experience and they'll respond promptly. They will wait an hour but if needed more time they'll able to accomodate again with an extra fee. The driver was very nice and helped yus with our luggages. The price was worth it considering I am with 2 disabled people and I am by myself to really get all our 3 luggages on our way to our hotel. We got dropped off at our hotel safely. Thank you! I would recommend this to other people if they need a private transfer instead of taking a taxi to your final destination.
