Comfortable. Clean. Spacious. Easily identifiable at the airport. Our driver knew how to get around the city of Rome. He did not do much talking but he drove us past a beautiful fountain he thought we’d enjoy. It was convenient to have a private driver after traveling so far from the US.

Our driver, Ali (or Oli), was excellent!! He met us right where we were told to meet, took the bags to the vehicle, and got us to our hotel promptly. Even though there was traffic around the hotel, he knew the alternative routes to take! Outstanding service, very friendly and knowledgeable, and excellent suggestions were offered for our time in Roma.

this review is pretty mean... you forget to say that your flight landed 1 hour before schedule and that did you wait 7 minutes for us... parking spot is the same for all the operators at the airport even the one that you have nominated... you also forget to say that the van for the 2 of you was a brand new mercedes van with leather seat, a/c, wifi and bottled water...

This pick up experience was very disappointing. Traveling with a large number of bags and a child carseat, the driver did not offer assistance while I pushed our belongings through and out of the terminal, and across the street to the parking lot. Upon arrival at our hotel, he engaged in a yelling match with a member of the hotel staff. We use Viator often and this experience surprised us enough that we canceled our return pickup with the same vendor through Viator and took a taxi instead.

thanks for your review, we have spoken with the driver and we have his side of the story. *driver helped with the luggages at the airport and your carseat was in your rucksack. *once at the hotel he did ask the porter the permit to park for a limited time in the hotel car space to make your drop off easier... the hotel staff denied the permit but he did not yell to anybody... maybe the hotel staff did not care enough about their guests... thanks for your review... maybe next time email us directly because if its possible we always try to make things up...

It was so nice and reassuring to have a luxury ride with our name waiting for us when we arrived in Rome. Our plane from Chicago was delayed about 40 minutes. It was a long 8 hour flight. We were tired and hangry!! It was great to have our driver waiting for us at the gate when we picked up our bags. WELL worth the advanced planning.

Easy transfer from airport to boutique hotel, even with flight changes!

Marcos our driver was super friendly and made it so easy! Coming out of the airport after such a long and frustrating flight, the taxi area is pretty chaotic. Lots of drivers everywhere holding signs of names. Marcos had sent us a message and told us exactly where he was standing. We walked to the number post he said and then he walked up to us homing a sign with my name. There’s a little walk up a hill to get to the parked taxis, he helped with our bags and his car was super nice, very comfy and clean and he was friendly. Drove us directly to our boutiques door (not an easy place to access either!) he helped with our bags and made sure we knew where to go. Backstory, our flight to Rome was delayed and then cancelled! We went from arriving on a Wednesday at 3pm to Thursday at 7am, completely missing our ride! I messaged Viator an they made sure the driver met us. They asked me to give him 30euros in cash for the inconvenience. I had no problem with that, but wanted to give you that heads up if plans change, they work with you, but you’ll also pay for it. Regardless, my husband agreed, best money spent! We were so tired, it was wonderful to have an easy transfer ready and waiting!

Very easy experience. Once we cleared customs with our bags, our driver was waiting for us with a name placard. He delivered us safely to our hotel. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend as Rome’s airport (FCO) is a bit hectic.
