Edoardo was wonderful. Our flight was delayed significantly but he was still on time, communicative, and shared interesting facts about Rome on the way to our Airbnb. He also gave some recommendations for us. I’d highly recommend the service. Well worth the extra dollars to not stand in line for a taxi or train.

Driver was awesome! Was waiting just outside of customs as advertised. Took our two big bags and wheeled them to the car and loaded them for us. Was very personable during the drive. Would most definitely use again. Thanks!

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival
in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to message or whatsapp the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to message or whatsapp the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

Edoardo was terrific. Could not have asked for better communication or better signage when coming out after picking up our luggage. So Polite, the car was very clean. Great details about getting to the hotel. So personable so glad that we got him as our driver. Would highly recommend the same to anyone.

We had such a great experience using this private transfer from the airport to our hotel. Maurizzio was so professional and extremely nice! Our flight got delayed for about 30 minutes and the passport control was super long. Maurizzio waited for us and stayed communicated throughout the whole time until we were able to come out. He was so easy to communicate with and super friendly! Thank you, Maurizzio!

Our transfer driver was 30 mins late. When I called the office to what was happening the man on the other end was very rude and short. He made it seem that it was my fault the driver was late. I would not recommend Viator for a rome transfer. I’ve had no problems any in other country.

The driver was fine. What was extremely disappointing was the 25 minute walk to the car! They never mentioned it was that kind of walk. My husband isn't used to that. It should have been mentioned it wasn't curb side. Lesson learned I'll ask next time we use any form of transportation

My flight was pushed back by 3 hours by the airline.As soon as I found out I rang the transfer provider to notify them. The person I spoke to at customer service was so rude and obnoxious and simply told me that I had to pay another 30 Euros why I dont understand as he allready knew that the flight had changed and it should have been just a rescheduling of the pick up time. It simply suckes that I had to pay another 30 Euros cash as it was not my fault that the airline changed the flight time. Not happy!!!

unfortunately is not like this... you changed the flight at the very last minute (in fact driver was already at the airport for you...) hence instead of declaring you a no show as a gesture of goodwill we asked for a little extra...

Great Ride to our Hotel

Our driver was waiting exactly where we were told he would be, holding a sign with my name on it. Even though he had to park far from the meeting point, he still helped my wife with her luggage. He also had cold water ready for us in the car, which was especially thoughtful on such a hot day. During the ride to the hotel, he shared information about the different places we were passing, which made the drive more enjoyable. He was a careful driver, never sped, and we felt safe the entire time. He got us to the hotel without any issues, unloaded our luggage, and everything went smoothly.

The transportation company that picked us up was on time. Our flight landed at 7:30 a.m. but we have requested to be picked up at 9:00 AM. This transportation company went by the flight landing time and charge us additional $25. Also, The company picked us up in a regular van not a Mercedes sprint. The driver was courteous, but we were disappointed that we had to pay in an extra $25 because they chose to go by the flight landing time and it took us an hour or so to get through customs and to get our luggage. We got to the driver at 9 AM.

It was very easy to find our driver but it was a very far walk to the car with luggage, in 95 degree heat and with my 84 year old Mother. He walked a bit fast for us but did make sure we were following him.

Our flight was delayed multiple times totaling 5 hours in the U.S. Then we spent 2 hours getting through the customs line/queue upon arrival in Rome! The transportation company tracked our flight and adjusted our new pick up time, was communicative, their driver waited at the pick-up location for 2 hours for us to get through the airport, and he drove us safely to our hotel about an hour away, all for a nominal extra fee. Carlo, our driver, was a friendly face we needed to see at the end of a grueling experience.
