Comfortable. Clean. Spacious. Easily identifiable at the airport. Our driver knew how to get around the city of Rome. He did not do much talking but he drove us past a beautiful fountain he thought we’d enjoy. It was convenient to have a private driver after traveling so far from the US.

At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival
in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to message or whatsapp the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to message or whatsapp the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

Edoardo was terrific. Could not have asked for better communication or better signage when coming out after picking up our luggage. So Polite, the car was very clean. Great details about getting to the hotel. So personable so glad that we got him as our driver. Would highly recommend the same to anyone.

This is a very expensive option for getting from Rome airport to our hotel. You would think you would be greeted like royalty with some cold water waiting in the car or something. Furthermore, when I called the number to confirm we were waiting in the right area, the vendor spoke very unkindly to me. Welcome to Rome? Nope.

We confirmed an 9,30 am pick up at the airport by email, texts trough the Viator app and we shared meeting point info by imessage as well... Customers met the driver perfectly on time at 9,26 am after 4 calls they made to speed up the process because their flight landed almost one hour early ... after 4 calls we did ask them to wait until 9,30 am that was the time they booked ... (is this is unkindness)

thanks for your review parking spot is the same for all the operators at the airport ... your hotel is in front at the parliament ... and that day the access was not allowed because of security reasons ... from. the gps driver dropped you off 75 yards from your hotel...

Pickup was fast and efficient. Stefano texted us where to meet him and we had no problems finding him. Our hotel in Rome was in a pedestrian only zone but Stefano parked the car and then helped us with our bags and walked us to the hotel. Great service

Would definitely not use this service again. Much easier and more pleasant experience utilizing Uber. The driver took my wife & kids to the wrong hotel, and when he was corrected, became visibly upset and had a very poor attitude when dropping them off.

Thanks for your review, you had a last minute hotel change and you did not inform the driver, you also forgot to mention that driver waited almost 2 hours for you without asking any extra... you forgot the 4 bottles of water that he offered and the rubbish that you left in the van ...
