Driver arrived early which was great as we were ready and waiting. He was very polite and helpful with the suitcases. Both suitcases and one carryon fit in the boot while the other carryon was on the front passenger seat. The trip was seamless and quick. Civitavecchia Port is still very difficult to navigate as it was 16 years ago, and I’m pleased we booked a car to take us. The vehicle was very comfortable and clean.

Luca was amazing! His communication and service were of the utmost professionalism. Our family arrived via cruise line and Luca let us know the night before disembarkation when he would arrive. When we got off the ship (earlier than the cruise line told us) Luca was only 10 minutes away. My mother does not move well, and he helped make sure she entered and exited the vehicle safely each time. Never during our journey did we feel unsafe in the van. Luca showed a few points of interest, answered all of our questions, and delivered us to the front of the hotel effortlessly. Definitely would use this car service and ask for Luca again.

We did not initially see the driver waiting for us at the cruise terminal so we had a few anxious minutes wondering where he was. He was in a slightly different area than we were. When we arrived near address of our airbnb, the driver told us we needed to get out at the top of a hill and walk to the apartment because cars couldn't go into the alley where the apartment was located. We had to get the host on the phone and he convinced the driver to drive us to the apartment. Cars were indeed allowed in the alley though it was a tight fit.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The easy booking through Viator was immediately followed by a confirmation from the local operator (Decus Italia). About an hour before pick-up we were contacted by the driver to confirm he would be there at the scheduled time. We were driven very smoothly from Rome to Civitavecchia in a full size BMW sedan and delivered at the door of the embarkation terminal. All this for 20% less than the Uber quote we got.
