Easy straightforward transfer from the airport to the main rail station in Rome. Easy to find the bus as you walk out of the airport terminal. Took about half an hour, I would definitely recommend this service.

Arrived at airport. Coach was cancelled. Had to take another coach to get into city centre at increased cost to us. Would not recommend.

After asking at the wrong kiosk I found where to swap the voucher for a ticket in the terminal, found the bus stop no problem as I’d looked up what stand it went from. Left 10 minutes late, decent journey in. Piazzza Republica is not so nice to negotiate around with luggage in 2024 because of all the building works but I was able to walk to my hotel. I didn’t however use my return voucher because at the airport I’d been told I could only use specific times of buses to return (0730 or 1300) which wasn’t ideal for my plane departure. I ended up taking a taxi for €31 negotiated by my hotel.

Walk straight out of the airport and the bus stop is opposite.The bus ran on time and stopped at Termini then continued and dropped us off on Via Crescenzio.The return journey was excellent and the bus was on time.

It was a nightmare trying to find the bus stop around Termini station, and couldn't get information anywhere. After asking some people on the street, I found the shuttle bus stop (with 3 different platforms) and I was informed none of them was the one I bought through Viator, so I had to buy a last minute ticket with that company that actually showed up to the bus stop.

I’m sorry, but I think you’re talking about another company. All our buses left on time from the bus stop and we always share the meeting point and departure time. On the Viator page, dedicated to this service, you can find the address. Just enter the address on google maps and follow the road...

Bus stop just a couple of weeks out of the arrivals exit. Very comfortable coach. Plenty of room in the hold for suitcases. Left on time and arrived in good time at the terminal in Rome. Booked in advance, but plenty booked their tickets in the coach - all hassle free.

We used the shuttle bus from the airport and for the return journey, It left on time for both journeys, I felt sorry for the Driver!. I would not want to be a coach driver in Rome I thought New York drivers we bad Rome on a different level.

Used the mobile wallet ticket and there was no specific location pick up nor was it in the description on the purchase page. I don’t go to the print out page as that is just one more thing to carry on vacation. Other than, that once we found the pick up location after an hour of look and trying to reach someone the staff on the bus was very friendly.

Never rode this bus. Despite being booked and description indicates regular shuttles to Rome. We arrived only to find out we would have to wait near to 3 hours before the next shuttle would arrive. Messaged the provider when waiting to have confirmation of time and they finally replied 4 days later. Ended up booking a different bus that was sat waiting. They are every 20 mins and are more efficient. Don’t use this if you want to start your holiday positively

Disappointing

We arrived at the airport - on our first trip to Rome - and there was no shuttle bus. We waited 3/4 of an hour and ended up getting a taxi. Fortunately we could share the cost with another couple who had also been let down. Our return trip to the airport was fine though. However, despite Viator being quick to answer questions before we travelled to Rome we have received no reply from them since our return to the UK over what went wrong.

Arrived early and was supposed to catch the 5.30 am bus to be told it had broken down and there was no replacement. Had to get a refund and then walk with heavy luggage to the terminal and then use another bus shuttle to airport waiting till 6.20 to leave. In the meanwhile my neck pillow was lost and my face mask disappeared

We arrived off flight and the bus was there. 12.00 noon Tickets were being sold "on the door" and when we got to the front of the queue they decided the bus was full. We were told another would be 40 mins but we left after 1 hour 15 with no sight of another bus. Paid and got terravision bus into town. Shocking service. Tickets should not he sold ad hoc meaning that prepayers can't board and on site staff unhelpful.

Avoid, more miss than hit. No bus for 2 hours, between 12 30 and 2.30, joke of a service, every 30 - 40 mins is a lie. Paid full amount again for another service. No mention of 2 hour gap in the middle of the day. Garbage service.

There was a bus with shuttle bus on the side when we where asked we were told our tickets were for a different company and to go to bus stop 2. The tickets had no company listed. We waited for over half an hour and no bus came to stop 2 so we paid to travel on the shuttle bus

Drop me off at termini station instead of city centre. Had to pay €20+ for a taxi. Complete rip off. Had to wait 1 hour for bus to aet off then a taxi fare. Wouldn’t recommend. Sorry.

Had to get a taxi last minute to the airport because the bus was late and there was no communication what so ever over times. Called, emailed even watts app’d …. Nothing! Thankfully I didn’t miss my flight despite the £50 I had to pay the taxi to get to the airport.

We arrived a little later than expected at CIA so we were expecting a bus to be waiting like they were in all other bus stops. The website suggests the busses are planned around all inbound flights so expected it to arrive at any moment. After waiting over 30 minutes with no bus (I think this is long enough to have to wait in limbo) we paid for another bus company to take us as to Termini so we could start our holiday. As we couldn’t rely on the return to CIA running smoothly we used the train and bus combo for €2.70 which was a seamless service.

The driver going from the airport was very calm & kind & he played nice music on the coach . He helped me by speaking English when I couldn’t understand Italian very well & directed me to a taxi when I left the coach.
