Process was seamless. Our driver (Gregory?) arrived ahead of time at the cruise port with a large passenger van which was spotless. The drive to Rome was pleasant, safe, and he certainly knew how to navigate Roman traffic to get us to the Termini train station on time. He explained some highlights along the way. Highly recommended.

We had to disembark from our ship earlier than expected, but our tide was already there waiting for us. He was friendly and drove us right to our Airbnb with no problems at all. He had waters and candies for us in the back and helped us with our luggage. Very nice experience.

If you have mobility challenges, you want door to door service, and money is not an issue, this is a nice way to get to your Rome hotel. The driver texted me when he arrived. He picked us up directly outside of the cruise ship luggage terminal door, 20 steps to the car—a Mercedes station wagon. The driver was very nice and gave us some sightseeing tips and a restaurant recommendation close to our hotel. I originally booked for a 9am pick-up but at the last minute requested 8:30am. Even though you cannot change the time within 24 hours of the booking, the driver arrived at 8:30am. All communication through the app was seamless and prompt.

From the boat to Roma!

We got into port a day early due to weather in Livorno. So instead of disembarking at 9:30-10:00 as initially told, we were to disembark by 9:00. I messaged in the app and they responded quickly that they would try to get us earlier. Fortunately, after a few messages back and forth, they were able to get us earlier than originally scheduled for as the exterior in the port area is nowhere to sit and wait. We appreciated it! Also, the large van was so clean and nice! We had a lot of luggage for 6 people and it fit easily in the cargo area. The driver was supper nice and once we neared Rome, he pointed out things to 2 of the people with us that had never been.

We booked private for my husband and I. Night before we saw there was a limitation of suitcases to 1 big and 1 carry on. We just finished a 10 day cruise so had 4 big suitcases and no carry on. Company told us to pay for 4 people. Compromise was $60 euro cash. We had a 8 passenger van since it was private and plenty of space. Frustrated with paying more. Driver was safe. No English which is to be expected in another country. Driver also patiently waited 20 min because debarkment from the boat was slow process.

This is a great way to get four people with much luggage from the port to our bnb in Rome. Our scheduled pick up was at 9:00, and we arrived at port early, and our departure time was 8:00. I received a text message from the driver at about 7:30 that he was already waiting for us, so was available when we were. We were able to get out early.

Hostile driver

We were given a range of time but no exact meeting time because the ship we were debarking from could not give us an actual time we would be able to debark. The driver met was with much hostility telling us we were late. He insisted my pick up time was 7:00am. The ship had not been cleared at 7am. He kept showing me his phone trying to prove to me that I was late. I showed him my phone which gave the pick up range of times. He drove like a maniac and my Waze app showed he was driving well over 80mph. All the while he was texting me and telling me he had lost time and money and tried to up charge me. I refused. He got us to the terminal but it was a very uncomfortable situation.

you booked an 7 am pick up , we showed you the proofs... driver waited 1 hour at the port for you losing other jobs... you did not compensate his time... or even tip him.... the maximum speed reached was 69 miles per hour on the highway.

Beware of extra charges after you arrive at your destination

Driver was on time picked us up at the cruise terminal. We had 4 large suitcases and 4 carry on personal bags and a wheelchair which was pre coordinated. When we got to our hotel the driver said it was an additional 40 euros. I prepaid $389 euros. This was the most expensive transport of our trip. I was up charged 40 euros without cause. We had to wheel our luggage to the hotel. When my suitcase was unloaded from the van it was broken by the handle. I wheeled it off the ship myself and it was not broken. After our transfer to the hotel I noticed that it was broken. I WOULD NOT recommend this company!

*you miss some details ... you did agree with the extra charge few weeks before your trip. *due to the excess of luggages we needed to send you the biggest van available and your luggages struggle to fit.... *your bags at the port were loaded by the port staff not our driver *your driver moved all your stuff from the van to the hotel ... there are a lot of things that are not real in your review
