Extremely easy booking, super responsive to questions. Our driver Ali that picked us up from the airport was so great that we booked with the company again to drive us back to the airport from the hotel on the day of our return flight. Showed up early, messaged that he had arrived and where we could find him. Could not recommend this company enough to make your trip that much easier!

Took us to the wrong terminal

Didn’t say a word the entire trip and at the last minute asked us which airline which he should have already known as I gave him all information. He proceeded to drop us off at the wrong terminal. He was so fast he never took the time to make sure it was the correct terminal. We are in Rome, no one speaks English and we didn’t have a clue. Fortunately it was only two terminals away and we could walk the distance with our luggage. Scary experience at 5 o’clock in the morning.
