Pick up is dockside. Do not take a shuttle. Your driver will be waiting for you on the pier, holding a sign with your name on it. Please be ready 10 minutes before departure time.

- The duration of transfers is approximate, the exact duration will depend on traffic conditions and the destinations of all passengers.
- Children 0-5 years old must occupy their own spot in a regulation car seat or booster. We provide car seats and boosters as a complimentary service. Please request after booking.
- The 9:30 departure may include a stop at the airport before going to Rome, depending on the destinations of the passengers on that day. This also means that there could be multiple hotel drop-offs.
- KINDLY NOTE: Luggage limit is one large bag and one carry-on per person.

Highly recommend this as a way to get from the cruise port to airport in Rome. Rather than take the bus shuttle offered by the cruise line we opted to avoid the crowd and have a private transfer. The professional driver was waiting as we disembarked and he was easily found right on the pier. The van was spacious and clean. The driver had us to the airport in 1 hour. Highly recommend!!

Excellent service, we shared a small shuttle with 6 other people from the cruise ship. We did go to the airport first for a couple and then to Rome but it did not feel that long when you get chatting with fellow passengers. Company was very communicative.

Good communication. New EES system very slow. Called to tell them we might not make our scheduled pick up time. Someone actually answered the phone and told us not to worry. Shortly after driver called and said he was waiting. He was there holding a sign with our name. Helped us with our bags to the van. Drove us directly to Hilton hotel at FCO. Delays in getting off ship due to delays at immigration caused a lot of consternation among many travelers. We found our situation much less stressful due to good communication and flexibility of this viator partner “driverinrome”. Highly recommend!

If you need to catch a plane asap, better to get a no share ride, since you must wait for all passengers. Never know how long immigration will take. Otherwise, very good. Driver very good and helpful.

Excellent service. Extremely polite and courteous. Spoke English so there was no communication issues. We were delayed getting off our cruise ship and the driver waited for us and even called us to see where we were in the process.
