Wonderful experience, from this company I was contacted immediately on reservation by the company via Giuseppe. Who remained available for the weeks preceding our travels. Although costly, the advantage of knowing you have excellent transfer to your destination is important. Our driver was early, knowing the disembarkation patterns of cruise ships and this meant we did not wait long after we got off our ship. This was so appreciated.

Our travel guide expert pick up was there when we got off the cruise ship and we immediately saw him there right outside. He had a sign with my name clearly marked. He helped with our bags and off we went! Got to the airport with plenty of time to catch our plane. Thanks!

Transfer went as expected. The driver was on-time and courteous. He loaded and unloaded our luggage and dropped us off at the exact location. Definitely worth the money versus taking the train.

Comminication error

Although i had asked to be picked up atthe ship, the pickup point was shown on the gps as 1.6 km away. I got a transfer busthat took us to different point but the driver was actually at the port. Miss communication between the pickup point shown and the actual one. With assistance from some local residents were able to contact the driver who eventually found us.

We're sorry to hear about this. We've been picking up passengers at the port for years, and this is the first time a customer has left the port by shuttle, perhaps pushed by the wrong people as soon as they left. Check your messages, which the driver sent 30 minutes before disembarkation, and you haven't heard back. We contacted Viator about the issue, and they said the service descriptions say "pickup at the port," not outside.

Driver refused to drop us at correct FCO door.

The driver was punctual and easy to identify when we came through the terminal. His vehicle was clean and he drove well. The only complaint we had was upon arrival the FCO. United Airlines had given us specific instructions to be dropped off at door #5 which was right outside United’s check in area. The driver refused to go to door 5 and left us at door #1, which was quite a distance away from where we needed to be. No matter what we told him or showed him, he refused to go to door 5. One of our party was injured and this was a big inconvenience for us. Because of his refusal to drop us at the correct door, I would not recommend this provider.

we are very sorry for what happened, we spoke with the driver and he tells us that terminal 3 has 5 doors in the total distance of about 40 meters and that the lack of parking given the high turnout, he tried to park as close as possible. we are sorry that in those few meters an accident happened to him.

Only way to go to the ship

Our driver arrived early And he was friendly and helpful. An experienced driver is what you need to get to the port without the hassle of trying to find transportation. Also, I left my phone and wallet in the vehicle and he made every attempt to find me and didn’t leave until I had my belongings back. It was stressful, but it was my fault and he made sure I had all my things.
