Giuseppe Butionni and the Blue Co Tours team were EXCELLENT! They worked with us months in advance to accommodate our family group of 11 travelers with two little children’s seats and two vans. Highly recommended them and would book with them when we travel again to Italy!

Driver refused to drop us at correct FCO door.

The driver was punctual and easy to identify when we came through the terminal. His vehicle was clean and he drove well. The only complaint we had was upon arrival the FCO. United Airlines had given us specific instructions to be dropped off at door #5 which was right outside United’s check in area. The driver refused to go to door 5 and left us at door #1, which was quite a distance away from where we needed to be. No matter what we told him or showed him, he refused to go to door 5. One of our party was injured and this was a big inconvenience for us. Because of his refusal to drop us at the correct door, I would not recommend this provider.

we are very sorry for what happened, we spoke with the driver and he tells us that terminal 3 has 5 doors in the total distance of about 40 meters and that the lack of parking given the high turnout, he tried to park as close as possible. we are sorry that in those few meters an accident happened to him.

Our driver arrived early And he was friendly and helpful. An experienced driver is what you need to get to the port without the hassle of trying to find transportation. Also, I left my phone and wallet in the vehicle and he made every attempt to find me and didn’t leave until I had my belongings back. It was stressful, but it was my fault and he made sure I had all my things.
