The driver was waiting for us as planned holding a sign with my name on it which made him easy to locate. He was pleasant & had to lug my extremely heavy luggage. We were led to a clean, air conditioned van that was roomy & spacious. He got us to the airport in 45 min so we had time to spare prior to our flight. Thank you Carlo for a uneventful, safe ride. I will definitely use this transportation service again.

Driver showed up 20min late. Every other car service we used was always early. Couldn’t contact the driving service without calling Viator since they didn't respond to messages or calls. Poor communication. For the cost, I expected much better.

Expect them to more than double the cost day before transfer when they know you are going to be in a time crunch and limited options. They state you did not fill out transfer properly, all correspondence before starts everything is okay and a go until day before. The company they used told me it is an error on Viators app.

Tried changing the destination, only by about a kilometre in Civitecchia. Got an email saying it would cost around £150 to do so. Asked them to forget the change. Anyway what they meant to say was that they would refund the original and recharge. Also I got the Airports in Rome wrong, though I'm surprised they didn't pick this up as I gave the flight details. However all was resolved and we got their. Though it did cost an additional £45 or thereabouts. For a much shorter journey, mainly my fault, but needed more clarity from Viator.

Clean and comfortable luxury ride from Rome to the airport. Our driver arrived promptly & let us know he was outside our hotel. He also pointed out a few sites in an area that we didn't have a chance to see during our short stay in Rome which were very interesting. I was a little bit nervous about his arrival since after booking there was not too much communication (other rides/tours I have booked sent several messages) but I needn't have worried as the driver had it all in hand.

Driver was standing, waiting with a sign with my name which was easy to spot. He assisted with our luggage. He safely drove us to our hotel. Then van easily accommodate 4 people with 8 pieces of luggage.
