Fun day with an excellent guide

Our guide gave us a rich experience in Sintra, telling the stories of the history and culture of the area, along with recommendations for local pastries and liquors and a wonderful restaurant on the beach. He tailored the tour to the interests of our group of 8 adults and made the castle tours come alive with interesting insights. We had a wonderful full day and would highly recommend this tour!

Fantastic tour around the city in just 4 hours. Our guide Ania was amazing! Her knowledge of the city and its history kept us engaged all morning. We were able to experience each stop to its fullest with out being rushed at all. A highly recommended tour.

Excellent day

Excellent value for money and the tour guide who also drove us named Mike ( 8 person tour max) was so good. We visited 4 sites which were brilliant and he recommended the restaurant in Nazare to have local traditional food. When we got back we heard other tour guides on the street trying to scam people $250 for what we did for $68 each. Mike told us history and gave us so much info and my wife was so happy to see the 700 year old statue of Mary holding Jesus in the church in Nazare , we would never of known where to find it.

Terrific trip and day! Jose was very knowledgeable and shared of great info. And he suggested that we add a stop in Nazaré so he could take us to a phenomenal restaurant. The stops lasted just long enough, and broke up an otherwise very long trip. He was a delight throughout. This was a wonderful day!

Worth Every Step: A Wonderful Portugal Experience

We had a wonderful full-day tour of Portugal, and our guide, Joao Gomes, made the experience even better. He was relaxed, friendly, and made everyone feel comfortable from the start. Pickup was easy, yellow shirt can’t miss. The tour includes quite a bit of walking, including cobblestone streets, hills, and an uphill walk (or short hike for some) to castles. A few people in our group weren't fully prepared for the walking (flip flops or sandals with heals) but Joao did an excellent job supporting them while also keeping the rest of the group on schedule. He balanced everyone's needs with patience and professionalism. We had a nice amount of free time to explore on our own, for lunch, drinks and snacks, and the schedule offered enough flexibility without feeling rushed, but enough time for lunch and drink/coffee. It really is a full-day tour, but it was worth every minute, no regrets! A few tips for future travelers: Wear comfortable walking shoes. Stretch your legs before the tour, you'll appreciate it! Bring a water bottle, although there are plenty of opportunities to buy drinks along the way. Bring some cash, as a few smaller shops during free time are cash-only, though many places accept credit cards. If you have any walking or mobility limitations, contact the tour company before booking. Portugal is beautiful, but it can be hot, hilly, and full of stairs and cobblestone streets. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this tour. Thank you, Joao, for making it such a memorable day! Seeing parts of the...

Seeing parts of the country is the main purpose of this but Tomas, our guide, made the trip more memorable. He knew a wide range of subjects so the discussion was engaging. We had great tour mates who also kept the conversation flowing. P.S. The wine bottles we bought at the 2 vineyards survived 2 plane rides (a total of 16 hours flight time) and arrived intact.

Interesting experience. The palace is fantastic. The view of the farest west point of Eurobean land is awsome. The tour guide explains every thing in English then in french because we had half of the team from Australia and half from the french Canada. Since I speak both english and French, I heared eveything twice. Interesting!

What to do on a wet day in lisbon

Well what fun we had on here. Pedro and The Captain were very entertaining and enthusiastic throughout the whole trip. It was a really great experience despite choosing a cold, wet day to do this. Definitely recommend this if you want a nice relaxed, spacious, seated view of the streets of Lisbon. Other tours have been packed in like a literal sardine and views, zero. The trip up the Tagus,to see the tower and monument at Belem was wonderful . So nice to see it towards land for a change.
