We had a wonderful Tuk Tuk tour of Lisbon and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city! Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating throughout the experience. We explored several of Lisbon's unique neighborhoods, stopping at key locations where we learned about the city's rich history, architecture, and culture.
The tour was the perfect introduction to Lisbon and gave us a much better understanding of the different areas of the city. Our guide also shared excellent recommendations for places to visit and encouraged us to reach out if we had any questions during the rest of our stay in Portugal.
If you're looking for an informative, enjoyable, and personalized way to experience Lisbon, this tour is an excellent choice. It exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely recommend it!

This is a great way to get an overview of so many areas of the city. With the many hilly streets we could never have covered this much ground on our own. Personalized service and pick up and drop at our hotel.

This was an amazing way to see Lisbon. We covered a lot of different areas. We especially loved the wine and cheese tasting portion. Great selection. The 3:30 time was great as it wasn’t too hot for too long. Our guide Joan was wonderful.

The tour was wonderful. Pedro was beyond wonderful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to take us to great overlooks, walk with us at stops and tell us Lisbon and Portuguese history and was overall just kind and accommodating! We had such a nice time on the tour. Would highly recommend!

We never found our Tuk Tuk. . Our map told us we were in the correct location but no vehicle. There was a marathon running race and some roads were blocked for that. I doubt whether I will book with Viator again.

Our guide was present at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time and waited for you. We also made several attempts to contact you by phone and through the Viator messaging system, but unfortunately did not receive a response.
We understand that the marathon event may have caused some disruption in the area, which was beyond our control. However, we always strive to assist our guests in locating us and ensuring a smooth start to the tour.
We regret that we were unable to connect on the day and would have been happy to provide guidance had we been able to reach you.

We spent an afternoon with Gonçalo and it was the hightlight of our trip. His good vibes, laid-back attitude and extensive knowledge makes him an exceptional tour guide. We didn’t feel like tourists - instead we felt like we were hanging out with our friend that was showing us his country with pride and honour. I can’t recommend him enough!

This was a fun tour with Gonçalo. He brought us to many historic sites, and was knowledgeable about the history, and shared it in a fun way. One note of caution for all Tuk Tuk tours, this is a very bumpy ride, and the streets are all cobblestone, so be prepared. If you’re considering Tuk Tuk, I would recommend this company.

We had a wonderful tuk tuk tour of historic Lisbon. Our driver was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts about the city’s history, culture, and landmarks throughout the ride. She made thoughtful stops along the way, giving us time to take photos and pointing out small details we definitely would have missed on our own.
What really stood out was how friendly and personable she was—she made the whole experience feel relaxed, engaging, and tailored to us. It was a fantastic way to explore Lisbon, especially for getting a great overview. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting!

Jose, the tuk tuk tour guide with Chico Chico tours gave a wonderful, thorough tuk tuk tour around the beautiful city of Lisbon. He was thoughtful and eloquent and gave detailed history of Portugal and the sights of Lisbon. He took us to numerous sights including look out spots and beautiful churches. We never would have gotten to all these places on our own. Jose is very passionate about what he does and it shows on this tour. Highly recommend.

We were picked up on a rainy day by Pedro - he had new covering on his tuk and therefore we did have good visibility throughout the tour. We did a 4 hour tour of the old town and then the Belem area. Pedro was friendly and knowledgeable.

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few important points.
Our tour page clearly states that this activity is not recommended for people with back problems or for those over 80 years old, due to the naturally uneven streets and bumpy roads in the Alfama district. Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance that there was a 90-year-old guest in your group, which would have allowed us to suggest a more comfortable itinerary.
Please note that all electric tuk-tuks in Lisbon follow the same model, and our vehicles are regularly maintained and kept in excellent condition. During your tour, our guide did their best to adapt to your group’s needs and even proposed an alternative route through the flat, paved area of Belém to ensure a smoother ride — but this suggestion was declined.
We always strive to offer a pleasant and safe experience for all our guests, and we regret that, despite our efforts, this was not achieved on this occasion.
