My family and I took this tour during our first trip to Portugal. We were so lucky to get Carol as our tour guide. She was AMAZING! From start to finish she spent the day providing us with the best tour we have ever been on. We visited beautiful Fatima, stunning Nazare and gorgeous Obidos. Carol had fantastic knowledge of each area, the history and the best sights. She helped us pick a delicious lunch spot as well. You can tell Carol loves her job. We got as much enjoyment watching her show off her beautiful Portugal as we did experiencing it. We had our 8-year-old daughter with us and she was fantastic with kids. My daughter has been telling everyone all of Carol's wonderful stories since returning home. We will never forget this day. Thank you for proving my family the most wonderful memories. We will be back to Portugal and will absolutely do another tour with Carol!

I had a fantastic full-day tour to Fátima, Óbidos and Nazaré with Lisbon Riders, and Christina was an excellent guide from start to finish.
She was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging, and shared just the right amount of history and local insight at each stop without ever making the day feel rushed. The itinerary was very well paced, with enough time to appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of Fátima, wander through the beautiful medieval streets of Óbidos, and enjoy the spectacular coastal scenery at Nazaré.
Christina made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal, and her enthusiasm for Portugal really added to the day. It was a wonderful way to see three very different places outside Lisbon in one trip.

There is so much to see! There is so much to learn about a country that has been off the radar for tourism. My guide Katerina, was amazing with her knowledge and personal stories about the areas we visited. Our time was limited at each stop by our restrictions with another meeting. This tour is not to be missed. Travel was comfortable and very safe.

Incredible! We booked this to have another day trip without knowing much about any of the places. We loved Obidos. Our guide, Miguel was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He welcomed all questions and gave lots of recommendations. Being in a small group was nice too as it felt more personal. Highly recommend, esp with Miguel.

The guide offered little insight into any area visited and mostly acted as a taxi service.
We gained no insight into Fatima, she recommended a restaurant in Nazarre which was a reservations only restaurant and would be absent from us for at least half of the time.

Because it's a long day, you need an amazing tour guide... Puri was incredible and so knowledgeable. Very professional and the van was very comfortable. This tour is great, three different locations all of them, exceptional. Favorite spot is Nazere as that was the main focus of my trip. I was able to walk down to the beach. Bring your walking shoes. Bring your little bottle of water and maybe a snack. Plenty of time in each location to eat and explore.

We booked this tour with Lisbon Riders during the first week of August, and despite the time of year, the weather was pleasantly mild. We traveled by van in a small group — just 8 people - just two families. It was pricier than a larger group tour, but the smaller size was well worth it.
We had plenty of free time to spend as we liked; Tania gave us an overview of everything available at each stop, then let us decide how to use our time, so we could linger where we wanted instead of following a rigid schedule. Tania herself was an excellent guide, with deep knowledge across a range of topics and thoughtful answers to all our questions.
The itinerary had great variety: Fátima brought religious significance and an interesting legend, Nazaré offered a lovely hike to the beach and excellent food (even for vegetarians), and Óbidos was a beautiful, quaint walled town. We’d happily book with Lisbon Riders again.

Incredible tour! Our guide Tonya was absolutely exceptional!! She was engaging, informative, funny, and kind. She was such a big part of making this day so great for our family. (Not to mention the amazing places we visited). The time spent at each loacation was appropriate to have a good visit and get a feel for the place, I wish I could rate this higher, they deserve it. Highly, highly recommend!

Ricardo, our guide and driver, was knowledgeable and attentive to what we wanted to get out of the experience. His many suggestions including the order of our stops paid off in a satisfying experience. Despite the rain, he was prepared with umbrellas and we managed to miss most of the worst weather. Lunch suggestions were terrific and I felt like I saw much more than I thought I would in a day.

Tour was most enjoyable. Tour guide Carolina was excellent, very informative. Highly recommend this tour but…NOT comfortable with meeting/drop-off point in front of unused/abandoned storefront at Av. Liberdade #9. Homeless person insisted on bothering us. Solution is hotel pickup for safety.

Everything ran to clockwork due to Miguel’s meticulous planning and explanations from start to end, including toilet facilities, where to eat, what time to be ready to be collected and keep tour on time. Miguel educated us whilst driving us around the region.
I am not religious but Fatima was amazing. We happened to visit early on 13 March, so we heard church bells ring & a service was held, pilgrims “walking” down the hill. The church interior (like most Portuguese churches) is spectacular!
I LOVED meeting several locals (Maria with her 7 skirts) at Sitio da Nazare and businessman in Obidos Ginjinha shop, where I bought a small pack to bring home (after we taste tested as part of our tour).
I knew there’d be no big Nazare waves (only on during winter), I had time to walk down to lighthouse and surf museum & why the big waves form, then walk back up to buy souvenirs from local owners including Maria’s lovely biscuits.
I would have liked the tour (on our way back to Lisbon) to include a quick trip down to the beach and town for say 15 mins (shorten lunch at Sitio da Nazare) for photo opportunities, as funicular was not working in March.
Plenty of time in Obidos (after Miguel dropped us at information booth near entrance to the town) to explore the street, church and eat and drink and walk the wall (if so inclined). Great views atop the wall!
Muito Obrigada Miguel for your expert knowledge and professional driving. It made for a thoroughly enjoyable and affordable tour for a solo traveller with limited time in Lisbon region.
