    1)Took an hour with customer service to get my prepaid ticket. 2)3 of 4 seats had broken audio, so we had no idea what we were seeing.

    TERRIBLE SERVICE! I came from the USA and bought their service got a uber to go to the marina and when we parked at the marina I got the text that this company had cancelled the tour! I was alone in a marina with my cellphone about to die! Thank god I was able to get in another tour 2.5 hours after so I had to wait for a long time otherwise I would have waisted my day!

    wonderful experience during the day, three routes, and you got a very good overview of Lisbon! A review is not complete without ways to improve, the night tour did not seem very enriching. Lots of traffic very dark. A little overlap with the day routes. Some of the audio hook ups from the seats didn’t work. … stick to the day routes

    This is the first time we have been disappointed in the Hop onHop off bus tours. Commentary was horrible and minimal at best. They changed the route without warning and we therefore missed the stop we had planned. The sound system was poor. Music way too loud and what little commentary there was, was very difficult to hear.

    By far and away the worst city bus tour provider ,,,, not only do they not inform you of cancelled service , but they then fail to refund for the service they have been paid for and don’t provide,, 2 nd occasion for me and I would never use their terrible operation again,an absolute sham of a company

    We arrived at the location to discover there are two bus lines operating, both with red buses, which was a bit confusing. The Grey line has a building, and when we went there, that told us our tickets were for the other bus line and we'd have to check in with them. We finally found a supervision, Deborah, who was very friendly and pointed us to the tour we wanted to start with, the green line. This tour is of the oldest part of the city, and the buses are smaller because of the narrow streets. We got on first, but no one pointed out that we would need earbuds (supplied) to hear the narration. We traveled about ten minutes before we noticed the other passengers all had them. Fortunately, a man was sitting close to the driver and was able to pass some to us. However, the audio jack for my wife's seat was broken, so she had to use mine and I had to stretch my cord to the seat in front. The selection LED on the controller was very hard to read due to the angle of the seat, so it took a few minutes to get to the appropriate language. Very frustrating. The narrative is very sparse with announcements programmed to occur only near landmarks. In between, it's just music. The driver seemed to be in a hurry and drove very fast through the narrow streets, so we really couldn't appreciate what we were seeing. There was no advanced warning for the stops, nor any indication of the sights we would see if we got off, so we didn't. We also took the red line, which was no different. This would have been so much better if a knowledgeable driver were narrating in real time.

    We took the Green Line which is a smaller bus of city sightseeing bus. From 2pm waited for the bus at stop 6. The next bus came at 250pm and it was full we could not board. Then we wait for the next bus which came about 330pm and it was full again. In the end we took a uber to the city. Be prepared to wait as the frequency was longer and not on time. We also had the experience of waiting longer for the Red line bus. We always see the other company buses come and go before our red line buses come.

    It was a great tour with 3 bus lines. I really enjoyed the small green line through the skinny hilly streets of Lisbon, a part if the city I had never seen. Each of the 3 tours is about 1.5 hours. There is a restroom available behind the main stop to use for no charge.

    Tried 2 lines out of 3 they are fine however the 1st day a long wait on point 9 of the red line 2 kayak buses company Gray line had time to spend also 2nd day connections in one of the buses difficult for headphones otherwise it was okay
