We did the 15 minute excursion. Eduardo was prompt and professional. He offered us a few options to see the city of Lisboa but since we had other plans, we didnt take up his offer. The 15 mins went by fast. His Tuk Tuk was clean and tidy

Eduardo was quite knowledgeable and was able to bring Lisbon ancient & medieval history alive. He was able to answer our questions and then explain how these events happened and may have consequences today.

THis tour was the best. THe drivers were on time and did a great job accomodating our dinner reservations at Lost In. We would definitely use Eduardo and his team again. I am in the process of becoming a travel agent and this team will be on the top of my list to recommend to see Lisbon. I was in charge of 14 guests and everyone in my group thoroughly enjoyed the drivers, their kowledge of the area and how we were treated.

What a fun way to scoot around Lisbon! JP was great and was full of history! I was able to book this tour last minute and they were super accommodating. Note that the price you are paying at booking is only for 15 minutes. Once on the tour you are able to customize to how short or long you like (shortest recommend tour is an hour) so just a heads up! Also, if your tour is in the afternoon/evening make sure to wear something wRm (our tuk tuk had a blanket but I’m not sure if they all offer that)

Great way to see Lisbon and save yourself having to climb its impressive hills! We did the tour where you pay for 30 minutes and then add more time as you desire. Pro tip: have the driver drop you off uphill of your VRBO and enjoy the walk home!

We had 1 day in Lisbon. Tried to book this tour and could not agree with operator on a time. Could not go and was refused a refund. Times should be provided in advance. We live in tech age so easy to do! Feel like it's a bait and switch! Can't find a suitable time for you; so sorry but we get to keep your $$$$!!!

We have a cancelation policy to comply and that is why you cannot cancel in the same day. The tour was booked the same day you wanted to do it, and when the client didn't want to do it 15 min after, it was not suitable for you, but please understand when we block availability of the guides for the client , the tour is supposed to occur and if we cancel with no reason we get hurt on statistics by the platform as an incentive to keep reservations up to date. Please read the description of the product and cancelation policies before booking to avoid situations like this one. We apologize for any inconvenience by any matter.

Miguel was super nice and knowledgeable. He made our ride really enjoyable! He even booked us a lunch reservations :) at a local restaurant.
One note if you choose to do extra minutes from initial booking, you need to pay your guide directly in cash.

I’ll start by saying that I hate leaving poor reviews and I do take responsibility for my part in the miscommunication. I booked this in May for a trip in June. Viator sent a note asking where and what time I wanted to be picked up. I responded but apparently the response went into an abyss and I didn’t realize it (my bad). I thought everything was scheduled. On the day of, around 8am I sent a message asking to confirm and heard nothing back. 10am rolled around and I called asking where the Tuk Tuk was? A man answered and said he would look into it. He was polite. I waited 10 minutes, called again and was told they never had a time for pick up. At this time I still believed they had received my request. Besides the one email from Viator asking for a location and pick up time there was no communication from the company servicing this reservation. While we waited to be picked up 6 empty Tuk Tuk’s drove by us. There really wasn’t a need to reserve one. They are everywhere and readily available. You do have to luck out with a good driver/guide. I’m now waiting to see if my $40 deposit gets refunded.

My Tuk Tuk tour was amazing. I like the fact that you get 20 minutes as a sample to see how incredible the tour will continue to be. Then you have the option to choose the areas you’d like to tour and the amount of time you’d like to tour them.

great fun if you want to try a real Tuk Tuk that's petrol, it was so much fun bouncing around the cobblestone streets of Lisbon. Our tour guide Edwardo was superb, explained every thing to us including the cost before we left the hotel where we were picked up, he was great company and gave us some good tips about Lisbon, also dropped us off in a great part of town so we could explore on foot

Arthur was a terrific guide! He was personable and knowledgeable and happy to answer all of our questions. The day was a bit rainy, so we were Mateus for the the coverage the tuk tuk. The streets are quite small and steep, so this is a great way to see a large portion of the city in a reasonable amount of time.
