Amazing trip

We had an absolute amazing time on our day trip. Miguel was exceptional. He took time to know each and every person on the trip’s name and their journey to Lisbon. He knew details about Fátima, Nazaré and Óbidos. He kept the mood light and overall the 8-9 hours went so easily. My kids enjoyed him answering their question’s. Our trip from Lisbon to Porto with four stops was fantastic! The car was luxurious and very comfortable. Our driver and guide, Lawrence, was great, he reached out ahead of time to plan the itinerary around our interests and offered great suggestions along the way. He was flexible, accommodating, and even booked us lunch at a fun medical-themed restaurant. He also shared great insights throughout the trip and followed up afterward with restaurant tips in Porto, truly exceptional service!

And Porto was special with the Douro River and the deep valley which it has created for thousands of years. Relaxing, well planned tour

Our guide Miguel took us on a well planned, slow pace, relaxing tour. The day is well organized. We had enough time to attend a mass at Fátima, had a 2 hour lunch at the seaside and a nice stroll in Óbidos. We went on the old city wall and had a great view of the town and the field.

Lisbon by tuk-tuk with Luis- a must

My guide, Luis, allowed me to control this tour to fit my own interests and physical capabilities (recent knee replacement). I was lucky enough to be the solo participant in this tuk tuk tour of Lisbon. Luis was very knowledgable and engaging and helped dissipate the awkwardness that can accompany a tour that consists of just the guide and one tourist. We visited all sections of the city and saw breathtaking vistas of the city from all directions. In between, he drove by every important square, church, historical monument, relaying interesting facts and stories. With all the hills and traffic congestion, it was the perfect way to experience Lisbon.

Great tour!

We explored two vineyards on the vineyard tour from Lisbon. It was great to access vineyards that I normally would not have been able to access without a car in Lisbon. The wines were flavorful while the vineyards were fantastic and welcoming. Xavier made the trip perfect despite the hurricane/storm that was battering Lisbon at the time. We booked the English-speaking tour and Xavier's spoke perfect American-English.

Amazing tour and tour guide!

The tour was amazing, so informative. Tiabo, our tour guide was so knowledgeable and engaging in his storytelling. He was so animated and passionate about his history and descriptions of the earthquake, the cursed church, and the Carnation Revolution. I definitely recommend this tour and Tiabo. I learned so much.

A great Day Trip

This was a really good day trip for seeing the palaces and area outside of Lisbon. Our guide Rui was very good and we appreciated his strong English skills as we don’t speak Portuguese. He was very helpful in accommodating my mother who was having trouble walking that day and he went out of his way to help her see the sights. He was very personable and we appreciated all he did for us including taking/sharing pictures of our group. We would recommend this tour.
