Arrival Airport Instructions:
In terminal 1, after leaving the International Area / Luggage claim and having passed the automatic doors, please turn right on the ramp, and look directly in front. You will then see the meeting point area where all guides, assistants and drivers are waiting for the passengers next to the meeting point stands 1,2,3. An assistant or a driver will be there waiting for you with your name or an MTS Globe Logo.
In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating our assistant / driver, please call the MTS Globe emergency number at 00351 912 671 126. Please do not leave the arrival lounge without calling us. Please take note that the driver will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes after your flight arrives. If you are delayed with your luggage or at security and believe you will take more than 60 minutes to get to your driver, please call immediately our emergency number and we will see if it is possible to wait more time.

DO NOT USE. 8 adults w/ 8 luggage and 8 carry-ons. Was sent a minivan that held 7 PCs of luggage. False advertising. Our luggage was not oversized. It was standard check-in size and standard carry-on size. The company wanted us to pay extra for a 2nd car.

Never book with this agency. Pick up was scheduled originally for 9 am at cruise port. I communicated three times about our pickup. The ship said we might not get out until 930.am but we were at the meeting point at 910 am. The driver left at exactly 9am or never showed up. We called at 9:40 to see where the driver was and to arrange a pickup as we were waiting. We were denied service and told our money would be refunded. Stay away from this company.

Driver was not at cruiseterminal. I send mail and app. As i never received his telefonenumber. We got no response from him so we had to take another taxi that took us to airport as we had early flight. We agreed 8.15 and he contacted me at 8.55 when we were in other taxi almost at airport. He acted very arrogant and claimed he was there since 7.45, with sign, but that is not true we checked practically every car and asked for a minimum of 15 minutes and looked with 8 people for a sign. Bad experience wich we never had before. Now we had to pay twice!!!!!

We used this transfer 4 times for our vacation in Lisbon to get from the airport to hotel and back plus from the hotel to the cruise port and back. 3 different drivers, all were personable, on time and good drivers. The price was also very good. I would highly recommend this transfer group.

I waited over an hour to be picked up. Not idea after 1.5 days of international travel. I had to call the company 5 times. Talked with them 3 times. Each time they stated they would check on the driver and call me right back. Not once did they call back. Waited 15 minutes and called them again and again, and again. After 3 tries the driver finally showed up. He then wanted my phone to take a pic to to prove he picked me up. Said he needed to take a screenshot. It seemed rather shady when he was hiding my phone in the front seat while holding his phone over mine. I then demanded he give my phone back. I was worried he was trying to copy info from my phone. It only takes seconds to do a screenshot. Just didn't feel right about it. I will NEVER hand my phone over to anyone again and will NEVER book a ride in this manner again and will use Uber in the future. At least with Uber you have safety procols and logs to cover the passenger. Live and learn.
